Do not rent a carpet cleaner from King Soopers. First time, about a year ago, I rented one that barely worked. Decided to try again. Stopped working after 30 minutes. Upon return I asked if they were still going to charge me. They were. I told them I rent a lot of equipment all over town and I've never had a company so unapologetically refuse any effort to make up for renting out faulty equipment. They said I could take it up with carpet Dr.. I wasn't angry because it's not money, just surprised at how they do business. I'd recommend staying away.

I love this grocery store, it is my favorite place for groceries. The quality of the produce is above average and close to that of whole foods but much less expensive.

It's an extremely busy King Soopers. There's so much going on in there. It has nothing to do with the store itself. It was well stocked. It's just so dang busy.

On 1-23, I walked in at around 7pm and headed to the cold cuts where I saw That they were cleaning up for the day. I thought to myself I won’t bother them. I let them clean. I’ll get my stuff tomorrow. then out of nowhere, this lady came up to me and asked me if I needed help with anything from the deli counter. Just let her know what I wanted and she go back and cut it for me. She was in t side of the counter. Another young lady was cleaning. I thought that was totally awesome because they were closing and cleaning. Her name was Connie and I just wanted to give her a thumbs up and a full five stars and maybe five more if I could.

Did a pickup this morning in the freezing cold and Jayden brought everything to my truck. I complained about the cold and he encouraged me to get back in my vehicle to stay warm and that he would take care of everything. Please commend him for being so kind and thoughtful to a long time customer. This made my day!

Wow has this King Soopers site gone downhill. Almost every pickup order is delayed now. This place has been so poorly managed in the last couple of years it’s stunning. Their organic options have greatly dwindled and the quality of their “fresh” food items has taken a nose dive. And now many of their offerings are actually cheaper at Whole Foods! Extremely disappointing and they should be embarrassed.
