Scammed me into buying a full new brake system, and threw away the parts before showing me the broken ones. I had one broken caliper and they wouldn’t work on my truck without replacing the full system. Dishonest folks.

Very fast service, just didn't balance my wheels correctly. Weights are to be place in one position on a wheel. Otherwise the wheel is not truly balance

Bought $1000 worth of tires and alignment a couple of months ago, and woke up to a flat tire this morning. Filled it up and went to sears where I bought them and was told I would have to leave it all day. $1000 dollars of tires and you can’t check a flat? I didn’t have an appt., but still really? BTW, hen they were installed, I had several items from my console missing - lock up! Won’t be back ever, good luck staying open with your attitude.

Juan and his team really knocked it out of the park. Dropped my car off for a rotation and alignment and I was quoted 2 hours. They had it done in an hour and a half. I even got a text while I was working out at 24Hour when my car was done. I finished my workout, walked over and there was my car parked and waiting for me. Great experience I highly recommend!

Great service by Juan today. He went so far as to pull the Carfax on my car to see what needed to be attended to as my car was at 60 000 and wanted to make sure we didn't duplicate any prior services. He told me exactly what was needed to be done and found me the best option and price for what I needed. Every customer wants honesty and personal attention. Thank you Juan and Sears Auto

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had dealing with a mechanic. We went for four new tires, they were having a sale and thought that since they had the Sears name we would fair well. Day one after tires, front of car is horribly shaking. Take care back and mysteriously the screw that holds the brake caliper fell out. They couldn't find the screw and after my husband called around, purchased the screw they put it back together. But wait...They wanted to charge for Parts and Labor. Ha! So after that the car drives two more days and the rear end starts shaking horribly. We didn't go back to Sears but to an amazing mechanic that works by word of mouth. He said that all screws to the calipers were loosened. Thanks Sears for an additional$320 bill and endangering my life. Never again.

Be prepared to wait forever. It took them over 3 hours for a battery change and alignment. The lady next to me had her brake line "accidentally" cut while waiting on a tire change.
