I frequent this drive thru location often. Employees are super nice, always get my order correct. Drinks always taste great! Love the pumpkin loaf! Store was very clean on a few trips I've made inside. Love this location!

Carson F was friendly, polite, and very professional. It was honestly impressive customer service since people are not always showing exceptional customer service skills. I appreciated how nice he was.

Literally everything was wrong with this entire experience and I work in the service industry so i’m not picky when it comes to service not always being at its best, with good reason, these girls literally stood behind the counter and talked about the ocean for a solid 5 minutes before even noticing I existed, & I had a hair appointment which I wasn’t in a rush for I planned to come here ahead of time, but now I a am in a rush for because they talked about the ocean…? for like 5 minutes, then they finally took my order, that went fine nothing happened there(i should mention they all appeared to be good friends or at least for sure enjoyed working together) Then it took I kid you not like 10 seconds to make my drink, which I love fast service but that wasn’t fast service that was literally barley doing the job & by the way the drink tastes so bad but I am so thirsty and I wasn’t expecting a second one from them to taste any different. Lastly the girl like whispered the orders so there were so many drink sitting there & people just standing there not paying attention who didn’t even hear her call their drink and then once they noticed drinks we all had to like look at all the stickers to pick ours out as they stood their talking. There literally was not a single second they weren’t talking. even when she took my order she immediately stopped talking to me and started talking to them while I was giving her my cash. I don’t know man. It was just awful

I was moved to finally rate this Starbucks - a place that more or less carried me through my 2.5 years of employment at a company about half a mile away. I changed jobs recently and won't be puttering through this drive thru anymore, but I can easily say that I've never had a dedicated starbucks built in to my routine that offered such dependability and quality customer service. My order was always right, service was always fast - I had to work through the worst of the pandemic and they did, too - their COVID implementations made it very easy to safely get my coffee. In the months of April and May and felt a certain comaraderie with them as they rushed around in the same masks and gloves I had to wear, and never once was I greeted with anything less than a cheerful voice. The staff here is nothing short of amazing.A quick note - as these awesome people are going to have to continue working as the pandemic waxes and wanes, it is very helpful to them if you use the mobile app to place your order. You can customize your drink to a T, pay on your phone (including tip) and when you pull up it is as simple as grabbing your items out of a basket, so the baristas don't have to touch your old credit card or dirty dollar bills. (They usually lean out with the card swiper so you can insert the card yourself, but I witnessed a few ignorant people brandishing their cards for the employee to swipe for them, customers counting out gross old change - come on, people.) There really isn't an excuse anymore for not using the app that helps keep frontline food and bev workers safe. If you want your stuff faster and less exposure during your visit - use the app!!!

I was in Starbucks at 4:45 today and the girl that my coffee did an excellent job. I actually want to start going for coffee everyday again if I thought it was going to be that good everyday.
