Went to pick up my prescription on my lunch break and the lady in the front was so rude and unprofessional. After I was there for 5 min with out being acknowledged she asked me if I had an appointment I told her I was there to pick up then ask with who I told I had called ahead of time n stated it would be a while. I ain’t got time for that all you gotta do is pull up the prescription. I will never go here and neither will my family and friends. Customer service goes a long way n I’m positive I would have done a better job! Do better with y’all’s employees!

Unless you want to deal with an automated system, you can't ever get a hold of the office / staff. I find this unprofessional and a impersonal. After your eye exam, if you have any questions, you have to drive down to the store to get any answers.

The optometrist was excellent! He listened to my difficulties and worked patiently with me to correct the errors in my glasses prescription. I appreciated his time, demeanor, and attention to detail.

First time needing prescription glasses. After my time with Cynthia I feel like a professional with all her knowledge sharing. And I am very comfortable walking away with the perfect fit and style I needed for the right price.

First time at the optometrist for me and it was an absolute delight. The staff was super nice and explained everything upfront, I had literally zero wait time between the nurse and the doctor, and at the end they were able to save me some money by pointing out that my insurance plan covers my first pair of glasses free of charge. I would absolutely recommend the facility and go back again for any eye care needs

Changing my 1 star review to a 5 star. When we went there the first time, they had a temporary doctor there, which we did not like. Went back for a pick up and met the primary doctor, he made us feel much more welcomed! Staff was much friendlier too.
