Security detail "confiscated" many items that I personally witnessed. Security stole a hand held stun gun from a lady and then stole a box of ammunition from the bottom of my center console.Country jam hires theives

Great music but the VIP is really not worth it anymore, very short hours for the food and drinks that are included

Security was very rude all three days. NOT disability friendly despite having a ADA seating area!

It's very hot and dusty, but the venue is amazing and the vendors are great.

It's a dusty mess this year. Some years it's muddy. But the music is always good!

BEST WEEKEND OF MY LIFE. Went back for second year, already booked for next year. So much fun, even if you dont like country, the partys all day are worth making the trip

Great concept. The only problem was the parking lot attendants at the pick up and drop off location felt like they had to scream at you to get you to follow their Instructions. It’s a drop off lane, how complicated can it be? I never thought someone could get so angry for such a simple process. Where do these people come from who think they have power with their positions. I suggested they go sit down and let the people just figure it out.

Place was a complete joke this year. From the long security lines to the wind delay. We have 14 vip tickets that we won’t be renewing. Added way more seats and didn’t add any more food or bartenders. No one working the event has a clue about anything at all going on.

Country jam is always a good time. I think they are going through some growing pains but nevertheless it's a great festival. Where else can you see so many concerts over a weekend for the price? It's a good deal. I think it can be made better with a few changes: 1. Include camp access with the purchase of a camp site. It doesn't make sense to charge people extra for access when they have already purchased a spot. I can understand additional camp access being required above 2 people per camp site. 2. The incoming security for campers. I think we can all agree that we want to have fun but also be safe. The new security check was taking over 2 hours for a lot of patrons. In past years, we were searched but it was done at entry to each camp ground. That seemed way more efficient than this year. There has to be a better way to perform the needed security. As well, the re-entry. If you leave the camp ground you had to get back in line with the campers. There should have been a separate line for re-entry as it wouldn't take as long for those searches. 3. Staff training. It was very difficult to get information. Very few people knew what they were doing. This is a huge festival, so it needs more detail added to training for the kids doing a lot of the grunt work. They should at least know who to contact to find answers they don't know.Regardless of the above, this festival is so much fun. You will meet a lot of great people, hear a lot of great music, and smile a lot! I will definitely go back!

I have been to many music festivals and this one was awful. The camping spaces were so tiny not to mention they allow as many people in a spot as long as they collect their $75 camp access fee per person.. the spot next to us has around 30 college kids with 5 tents that were basically touching the side of our camper. The concert itself was a joke.. unless you were vip or had a pit pass there was a divider about a football fields length back from the stage. Other festivals have half the stage reserved for vip and the other half the GA at least had a chance to get near the stage. If I wanted to see the artists on a screen I would have stayed home. The whole event was geared towards making the most money as possible. We will not be back next year.

Been to country jam for many years, this one was the most organized ever, the vip tent was almost spot less like you would expect. Superb Job to the director Riley….
