Kasey is such an awesome employee! We came in 20 min to close, I was struggling to find a top to match a skirt and we’d been to so many stores…Kasey immediately knew what to suggest and I ended up buying two of the three things he suggested! He knows the store really well and knows how to match things together perfectly

It was my daughters fifteenth birthday and I decided to take her to he favorite store for a shopping spree but she got acused of stealing by an employee. My daughter emptied her pockets to show the employee her airpods, phone and makeup. I left immediately and bought nothing. My daughter was gut hurt. I hope the black haired employee with glasses who worked on 11/27/ 2024 around 11:00 gets fired. An ignorant, and disrespectful person like that should not work in retail.

We were there Friday evening. 3 employees were working. One immediately helped us, and when I said we weren't sure what size my daughter needed, she proceeded to ask us 3 more times what size. Another employee that gave us a dressing room was too lazy to write my daughter's name on the door to indicate it was in use. I went to get another size and these employees watched as I took down jean stacks high up and never offered to help. When I went back to the dressing room, my daughter (14) was in tears. An employee opened the dressing room door with my daughter partially undressed and a strange man standing next to her. I wanted to confront them, but my daughter wanted to just leave, which we did. Never going back.

Went in at four thirty with my girlfriend found a ton of clothes she was interested and tried to use a dressing room and was denied set everything down and walked out of the place.... would not recomend awful customer service. They said the women had a curfew. No joke the words he used

Went in at 430, was told I couldn't try anything on cuz of curfew even tho they close at 6. Worst experience in my life.

I have been a costumer to Aéropostale sense I was 12 years old I am now 26. I've never been treated so badly in my life by and Aéropostale employee in my life. The dress I bought was supposed to be 60% off and it was still 30$. the girl chucked the bag at me for making the comment that "it's like the dress wasn't on sale at all". Very disappointed..... I will no longer support this brand and business. I will be returning my dress as well.

Shopping for a teenager is never easy, But places like this makes it seem not so bad. There is a wide variety of clothing styles sure to please even the fussiest of people and the prices are reasonable. They even have perfumes and colognes by the front register and a clearance section in the back of the store.

They are usually great and i find alot of good stuff for great prices. They almost always have the buy 1 get 2 free on their tshirts which is worth if u need 3. Their girls stuff is pretty good and stylish too for casual wear.

I would not recommend going to this store. Employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. They would not let us return clothes with a receipt and tags still on the items. They would not give us a store credit…the only way to get our money back was to put it back on the card that it was purchased on, which we did not have. Super disappointing experience and I will never be going back.

Alyssa (not sure of spelling sorry about that) is a superstar!! Really loved her going above and beyond to share all the deals which is incentive to the consumer to spend more money. She was so busy taking care of the store presentation as well, it's what immediately drew us into the store to look around to begin with. Loved all the information and I'm sorry for the mess we left with all the jeans that were tried on. (I'm also sorry for all my sentences that end with a preposition). Was surprised by the excellent service and care and cleanliness despite the super busy holiday season. You are fantastic, great work!! Amazing quality for the price with the sales.
