The associates are always friendly and welcoming, which makes for a great shopping experience. I also love the vibe of the store and the wide selection of clothes—they definitely have a lot of stylish options.
However, I often find the prices to be quite high. It's hard to justify spending nearly $88 on a dress when I can find similar quality items for much less at other retailers. I enjoy browsing and the overall atmosphere, but the pricing makes it tough to shop here regularly

I wanted to express our gratitude to Altar'd State at Park Meadows! Their Mission Monday program recently provided a wonderful donation to my daughter's dance group, Platinum Divaz. This came at such a perfect moment, as the group was really struggling. For these young dancers, the Divaz are absolutely essential.
You should definitely visit their store, it’s absolutely gorgeous!

They always have the cutest things! I was looking for dress to wear to a wedding and I worked with one of the girls, Ashley, she was so helpful and sweet! A wonderful experience!

I can with the mind in goal for a matching sweat suit and Hayley and Amilia were so helpful in getting me a bottom that match the top i liked, i ended up finding everything i wanted and more!. this store is always clean and full, great location!

Don’t shop here unless you want poorly made clothing and no help from the sales associates. If you do, don’t lose your receipt … even though it’s 2025 they won’t give you a refund. All other retail chains are able to look up your original transaction with the credit card used. This store either can’t or doesn’t want to, both of which are not helpful.

This place is scammy. Made an online order and could not return in store due to not having the original form of payment that was not Apple Pay - they were super pushy about me converting to in store credit and I kept saying no. When I ship back portions of two separate orders, I have to heckle customer service after two weeks of not receiving a refund. For two separate orders, I got the same message after reaching back out along the lines of “your refund was processed incorrectly, it will take extra time.” How does that happen with two separate orders? Why is it such a hassle to return items here? I’ve never had these issues with other stores. I’m considering just returning everything from these now as I’m not a huge fan of this place.Update: it’s been a couple weeks and I STILL haven’t received my $800 refund from when I returned my clothes.

I love this store! Their clothes are adorable and so unique. I bought this really pretty knit sweater that was on clearance. However, when I went to try it on, I noticed there was a big hole in the back of the collar area of the sweater. I told them about it and they offered to take 60% off of the clearance price since I have to mend it. I was super appreciative about it and so happy that they offered that.

Firstly, shopping here is always a pleasant experience as the staff is kind and helpful. Secondly, I temporarily lost my engagement ring in one of the dressing rooms and the staff (and customers) diligently helped me search for it while I was in tears! The entire staff was incredibly sweet and supportive, especially Khiara (sp?) and one of the checkout girls (long black hair). They deserve employees of the month or even a bonus, please!

Came to arula yesterday and was blown away by the customer service Whitney gave to me. It seem like she was the only one in the store but she welcomed me when I walked in, got me a fitting room started and checked me out in a timely manner which is great. She was also super kind and lovely and made everyone feel confident. I’ll definitely be back
