I walked in today excited to see what cute outfits I can find. As I walked around several workers passed me and did not say hello or offer to help me look for the shirt I was looking for. I thought about going up to a lady there that was greeting everyone and offering to find sizes for others but as I approached her and smiled she looked at me and greeted the lady behind me and told her she is available for any questions or suggestions. I was bummed to see that because it felt like I wasn’t even there. I get this a lot and maybe they don’t greet their younger clientele because they think we are not serious customers but it’s completely unacceptable and truly an upsetting feeling.

I just purchased an item and walked the entire store with 3 workers visiting behind counter. No one asked to help me. Tge8 cashier never greeted me. I won't be back.

Been shopping here for years. The stare down I just received when I refused to put my coffee on a community table. Not a smile or a kind conversation. I’ve never put my coffee in a table here or at Cherry Creek. I will stick to shopping online. The new people they have hired I’ve the last year or so have no idea how work with guests.

I recently visited your store for a return and encountered a disappointing level of service. The staff member assisting me took my phone to input the online order number, but then left the register without communicating what was happening. Minutes later, I was still waiting without any explanation, and my phone was still in her possession.
When I asked for clarification, she mentioned she was looking for a calculator to determine whether the item was final sale. This lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating and left me feeling confused and overlooked during the process.
I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience in the future, particularly with clear communication and respect for customer property.

The sales associate who worked with us was completely computer-illiterate. We attempted to place an order through the store, but she was unable to type my address correctly even after multiple attempts. After the third try, I had to leave

This store is lovely, spacious yet cozy, carefully curated and embodies the beautiful aesthetic one would expect from Anthropologie. The sales people are welcoming and helpful but not overbearing, giving you a chance to explore the magic.
A special shout out to Siobhan, one of the managers. She remembered me from a previous visit, helped out with an item I was looking for that wasn't on the floor and went above and beyond.
In this world, the little things matter. Thank you for the very personalized customer service and breath of fresh, free spirit style✨

Caitlin said hello to me right away and asked what Anthro styles I like. She showed me their new pieces and I had to try some on. As I was leaving she said my name and thank you. I knocked over a candle holder on my way out & first thing she asks is “are you okay?”. She was very thoughtful. I will be coming back!

Be aware of rude behavior from sales associates. I had a rude experience with the dressing room attendant. Makes me apprehensive to go back.

I haven't been in as often as I used to. The sales associates can make this a bad experience with dirty stare-down looks and saying awkward things like, "if I had Saturday off, I would be outside not in here shopping." It used to be a joy shopping here and looking around, but this past year it's been disappointing and I don't find myself looking forward to going in for gifts or browsing because of some of the staff. I have been ordering online more often to avoid the bad vibes.

I don’t have a photo, but I need everyone to know that Anthropologie has wonderful customer service from my personal experience and I have two to speak of. The most recent one was with Teka. She assisted with a price difference in a dress purchase. The dress had gone on sale and she assisted with crediting me the difference with such excellent customer service soft skills. No negative energy at all. Thank you Teka and thank you Anthropologie! You have a continued customer in me ?
