After a slow start with getting scheduled and getting the job done, Apex had someone out who completed the job neatly, quickly, and politely. Results took the house from 5.8 to 2.5, just passing the threshold of expectations. Hopefully it will continue to drop over time as the system catches up.

Nate was very pleasant to deal with. There was a leak that needed to be fixed first and Nate worked with me to get back on the schedule ASAP. Everyone else I encountered have also been very nice ans accommodating.Great experience!!!

Apex was great from start to finish. From Aliyah scheduling the initial visit, to Nick coming from the inspection, to Beau doing the actual installation. Communication is great, they are all knowledgeable, price is very competitive and the installation is clean. We were very happy with everything from start to finish.
