This is a very small, stand-alone donation center. I like it because it's EASY. The donation center connected to the store on Quebec is kind of a pain. This one, you can simply drive up, and someone will come out to help you unload your car. Or you can simply deposit things in the outside bins. Very efficient. They have the tax donation receipts outside, so you can just grab one instead of waiting for someone to bring one to you. Parking is convenient. I prefer donating to ARC as opposed to Goodwill or the Salvation Army because reasons.

The gentleman who was on site came right out to my SUV with the bin and helped unload. It is my go to place from now on. It sure beats goodwill staff.

This Arc Donation Center is the best in town, and while all of their representatives are responsive, Jerid G. was very helpful, personable, and energetic in his assistance making the drop-off task a great one. Thank you Arc leadership for having such a wonderful team and Center!

Driving up to the ARC Donation Station we were met by Jared. His gigantic smile and dynamic energy made giving our donations a wonderful experience. He let us know that HE would unload our vehicle and the we should relax and enjoy. We were so overwhelmed by his actions we asked if we could speak to his supervisor so that we could share with him how Jared made his feel. Meeting Dave it was obvious why their environment was so positive for the Team that worked there as well as those who came to donate. From NOW on it's the ARC for us they are well deserving.

Hit or miss with the people here and what they accept. Sometimes they're extremely picky about what they take and other times they just throw them around as other reviewers have stated.After the last couple attempts it's not worth the trouble anymore, which is really sad for those in need. Instead I just load up my truck and drop everything off at the dump and let them handle it.

Convenient location but the employee that took my bags threw them in the big boxes outside. I commented on how some of my stuff was breakable. He said everything goes in like that, lady. I only donate nice items, not garbage. It might end up looking like garbage tho. Will not return.

They guys here were super friendly and helpful - and open early so we could get stuff done and checked off the list. Definitely recommend this location!

Came to donate 20 minutes before close, the person working didn't bother coming out but pointed at a sign to redirect us to a store (which has a donation center) but the store's donation center was closed an hour before. Why close 20 minutes before?? Waste of time.

I am so glad ARC has a donation center in Lone Tree. The employees, especially Jarid, have always been helpful unloading donations. And it is good to know our donations are going to a good cause.
