Purchased a stone coffee table. They neglected to mention that any liquid, including water, would permanently stain the top, as it was not sealed against liquid. When I contacted only a week or two after receiving they deemed it "customer caused damage" and refused to do anything about it. Had I known the table was not sealed, I would have immediately sealed it before using.While the furniture is nice, their customer service is terrible and they do not stand behind their product. I would recommend going with a smaller artisan manufacturer, especially at this price point.

I bought a table from Susan Babbitt at the Park Meadows store, I waited the entire delivery time and the table arrived different from the one I bought, she ordered the wrong product, I had to redo the order and wait all the time until the day of delivery deliver again. After all this waiting, the table arrived, COMPLETELY different from the one I saw in the store in person and on the website, I bought the marble espresso table, in the photos you can see the grotesque difference between the tables. I don't know how they had the courage to deliver a product like that. In addition to arriving a product that was not consistent with what they sold me, it arrived with many defects, cracked. So I contacted them to see if they could sell me the store display table that I had seen and knew I liked, but they said NO, so I asked if they would guarantee it if I asked for an exchange next time the table would come like the one they were selling me, and if the color was different again they would change it again, and they said they could NOT guarantee me any of that. They then placed the order for a new table without my consent, I had to ask them to cancel this new order because I didn't want to take any more risks with them. They took forever to come and collect the table, and now, 2 months later it started I have not received my refund, and the note they showed me with the refund request does not include the shipping cost I paid of $299, between all this happened I had ordered custom chairs from another store to be used with this table, I had to cancel it and pay a fine of $1300. A real nightmare! They don't have the slightest consideration for the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, BE VERY CAREFUL! IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! I'll come back here to say if I managed to receive my full refund, for now I'm just waiting...I need to add that the saleswoman Susan and the manager of the park meadows store gave me terrible service after having already sold me the table.The last two photos are a montage between the store table and the table they gave me and the store table at the end for comparison.

1030am on a Monday - apparently they don’t need sales at this location. no one greeted me, offered to provide help or answer questions.i’m ready to replace my arhaus coburn pit sectional that i purchased from the boulder location which has fantastic customer service. I’m willing to drive to boulder for this experience.

Stores are well-merchansided and enticing, but the quality and customer service are horrible! Ordered 2 counter stools that were not available in-store to see, just online - they arrived with poor quality wood NOT like what is shown in photos, hard seat, one was wobbly. They tagged my return "preference" and deducted $700 (!!!) from a $1,900 order. ($299 in "shipping" and $150 re-stocking fees is all they could tell me - that doesn't add up to $700. )Ugly way of doing business. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

YES to Arhaus. NO to the Park Meadows store.While Arhaus sells great furniture at a great price point, that said, the Park Meadows staff could be much better. Their 'designer' (if she really is one) was the absolute worst. My wife, with absolutely no design training, did a phenomenal job with selecting and arranging the furniture and other items we bought. While very nice, the salesperson we worked with was inept and made the entire process extremely difficult. Ultimately, we purchased everything online.

Very disappointing: Found some beautiful counter stools for our new kitchen for $399 and told the salesperson we'd be back in a week after our countertops were installed. When we returned the stools were now $599 and they would not sell them for the originally quoted price. Another staff member told us--with a snobbish air--that prices were set by "corporate"--despite having a salesperson's business card with the original price on it. Their "high end" branding seems to overshadow genuine customer care.

Buyer beware. If you change your mind about the "protection plan" and your items have not been delivered yet they will not let you cancel it and refund your money. I've tried 2x and keep getting the same run around "the items have left the warehouse. There's nothing I can do." Which it total garbage. Its a protection plan written on paper. Its not anything applied to the furniture and it can't be delivered. But hey, if they want to lose a $XXXX sale over $199, so be it. I can get very similar chairs elsewhere and probably cheaper. Next I will complain to the BBB and dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The service is amazing. I was traveling and stopped in. My purchase had a glass i was not aware about. Not only did they contact me, they also shipped to me without any additional charges. This is a company I would purchase again based in their exceptional service.

I wish ZERO STARS was an option. When your prices are this high the service should be top notch. After they received our $$$ the deal became the worst we've ever encountered.RUDE staff. The delivery person lied saying we weren't home and then they gave us a new date a week later. I was on hold a total of 2 hours after making 13 calls trying to get resolution.NEVER AGAIN

I would never recommend Arhaus or financing through Comenity, both are far from customer centered. I had a payment plan that I didn't realize was ending and I paid the remainder of my balance a day late and they charged me the interest the accrued over the 24 months. I explained my situation as I am a full time nursing student and apologized for the delay, after speaking with 6 different people from both companies, they stated couldn't help me and tough luck. Now I paid off my plan but now owe over $1,000 more just because I was a day late.Also, my table (pictured) continues to chip similar to my Ikea coffee table that I had in college. After owning it for less than 2 years which I brought to their attention 8 months ago, they said they could not help me with a repair or replacement.My advice, take your hard earned money elsewhere!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Judith at Arhaus. Her disrespectful and combative attitude during the sales process left me shocked, to the point of walking out of the store. It's clear that she lacks the basic understanding of customer service and professionalism. I would strongly advise against dealing with her if you value a positive shopping experience. Kate at the Cherry Creek location knows exactly how to treat a customer whose spending $10s of thousands of dollars on furniture.

Poor quality products. They delivered 2 separate dining tables both severely damaged. But customer service is way worse than the product quality. No follow ups or responses to phones or emails after initial sale was made. I had to go in to the store in person several times to get any updates. Your money and time is better spent elsewhere.
