I have been going to "at the beach" for years I have never had an issue. I have 5 boys definitely use tanning as a get away for myself I drive 35 mins to enjoy 20 mins at a high price unlimited price a month making it 2/4 times a month. I came tonight go a bed that didn't work. The front desk girl was unable to communicate that the bed lights don't work. 1 min in I realized they don't work came out asked to be put in another bed and was told I had to wait 24 hours to tan again loving 35 MINS AWAY WITH 5 boys not that easy! She did not care at all and manager said I was out of luck it was a strict 24 hours! Unbelievable the customer service I never write bad reviews but this was beyond unacceptably the worst experience I have had in a very long time

I had a spray tan that ended up being super striped and left drips on my face that later didn't show till it was too late.This is the second tan I have gotten with this company with the same outcome. Not sure if is the equipment or poor directions. But was a waste of $50. The receptionist was super nice though.Service: Tanning

Girl was rude. Wouldn’t give me a Level 2 bed because it was dirty and she didn’t have time to clean it. I insisted on the Level 2 half time and she gave me Level 1 full time. Burned like a crisp. SO RUDE!!

I have been tanning for a very long time in state and out of state. I will say At the Beach Lone Tree location has alwaysh taking care of my husband, friends I’ve sent and myself. I know times are hard and turnb over is crazy- but not matter what they do there jobs right here. Beds are always clean, customer service is so chill and management gets better every time! Thank you Araya for training your staff well and keeping the environment amazing!Service: Tanning

I was on the phone with a snotty, immature young lady and she decided to hang up on me. My guess is it sounded like she was trying rush me off to take a personal call. This company will not get my business anymore. Please take a look at who you hire to represent your company.Service: Sunbed tanning

I don't know how company's stay in business. I received a text for a flash sale from the company- so I went in to buy it and they told me they don't take cash in the store and the only way to purchase it was online. I didn't have time that day to create an account and go through that process. So I left. I had a few extra minutes today so I pulled up to the store and bought the tan online... go inside to use it and she tells me it takes 25-30 to reflect in my account. I try to show her the confirmation. Nope she can't use it. Seriously! Sadly it's for a .25 spray cent tan! Are you kidding me!

Absolute incompetence at this location. More than half the times I've gone here they spray me with the wrong color!! Happened again tonight (literally the 4th or 5th time this year) after DOUBLE CHECKING she heard me correctly. She couldn't even apologize! Cancelled my membership. What a joke.Service: Tanning

They are still charging my account after I cancelled. I called to make it stop and the lady (Laura?) said I need to come in to do that or to do it online. You have to Register and Create a New Account online to do this. You also need your member pass which I don't have anymore because I cancelled! This place is ridiculous!

The manager justina was so sweet and helped me out with everything. Showed me around the store and coached me through my first spray tan so helpful. Will definitely be coming back.
