I would like to give John and Fernando kudos for the outstanding service they provided 3 days ago. I went to the Lone Tree store thinking I had lost my phone to buy a new one. Rather than sell me a new phone John immediately made several suggestions to help me locate my phone. I went home and followed his advice but to no avail. I went back to John having decided to buy a replacement. Since no one else was in the store Fernando joined us. Together they were able to get me set up. They let me know if my phone turned up within 30 days, I could bring it in and get the trade in value. Well, the phone did turn up and they redid the paperwork, so I got the trade value. The best part, however, was having everything on the old phone transferred to my new phone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart John and Fernando. You will have my deepest gratitude forever.

Be aware ! I got an Iphone 14 at this store for my son last week. Turned out the Face ID wasn't working. We went to Apple support, they diagnosed the phone was faulty and we should get it replaced where we got it from. My son went back to the authorized Att dealer at Commons St. They refused to replace the phone, and sent him back to Apple. Apple replaced a good chunk of the brand new phone and gave the advice to not buy phones from authorized dealers, but better from Apple or a direct Att store. This was my last device I got there !!!!

Came to open a new line for my kiddo and was able to review all lines, change to best prices, double check all discounts, get the new phone for a good price and save on some needed accessories! Great location! So glad they are so close!

Dustin was especially helpful in getting my old phone up and running after I had lost my current cell phone. He told me he would be with me in a few moments while he was helping a current customer. When he did come over he made some suggestions in terms of possible purchases in the future as well as getting my phone up and running. Considering it was not the best day due to some circumstances he certainly made me feel good as a customer. Cheers to you, Dustin!

I'm not one to write reviews but, the customer service I was provided here deserves praise. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Sam and Tea. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions (even the really tediously minute ones). I felt like such a bother but they treated me like an old friend. Thank you so much for helping me out. I'll definitely be recommending this store to my friends. :)
