Came to open a new line for my kiddo and was able to review all lines, change to best prices, double check all discounts, get the new phone for a good price and save on some needed accessories! Great location! So glad they are so close!

Dustin was especially helpful in getting my old phone up and running after I had lost my current cell phone. He told me he would be with me in a few moments while he was helping a current customer. When he did come over he made some suggestions in terms of possible purchases in the future as well as getting my phone up and running. Considering it was not the best day due to some circumstances he certainly made me feel good as a customer. Cheers to you, Dustin!

I'm not one to write reviews but, the customer service I was provided here deserves praise. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Sam and Tea. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions (even the really tediously minute ones). I felt like such a bother but they treated me like an old friend. Thank you so much for helping me out. I'll definitely be recommending this store to my friends. :)

Gina and Sam were extremely helpful and friendly. I had been frustrated with my previous carrier’s service, and they were able to get me a great trade in deal and switch me to AT&T within minutes. Overall great store and customer experience.

As bad of a customer service experience as you can have. I Come into an empty store, the young lady hurried out a few seconds later. I needed to pay my bill, she says they had no change. I made a comment about them not offering change and it being annoying.She proceeded to tell me there's no reason to give her attitude.She couldn't process a bill, she could not answer any of the questions I had concerning why my phone wasn't working properly.She kept telling me she was "NEW"...I guess that's her excuse for being totally worthless at the job. Better off having a robot there. This store used to have amazing customer service, NO LONGER THE CASE.I went to a store down the street and everything was handled smoothly. Guess what ? The employee offered solutions ....Not excuses because they are NEW and rude.Changing to Verizon after contract Is up. One less customer thanks to the "NEW" girl.ZERO STARS

Serenity was the associate that helped us. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving an issue we couldn’t get fixed online or at other stores. Highly recommend her and the AT&T store she works at.

I needed help with setting up a new phone and dealing with a lost phone. Dustin was super helpful in walking me through setting up my new phone. I went back to the store to deal with trying to transfer data from the lost phone on my account after trying to troubleshoot and calling Apple a few times. Serenity was so knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue so we could transfer data from an iCloud account to an older phone. I am so thankful for her help. This store is awesome and I will only go to this store in the future!!
