Worst experience ever. The only thing att cares about is to sell and take your money. But when you have a problem, they don’t care. You should call customer service line that is never reachable! Very convenient business model.

I had just received a new iPhone Pro 15 for Father's Day and it started on day 3 of not being able to send pictures to any Android phone. After spending 4 1/2 hours on the phone over 2 days we decided to just go to a Corporate AT&T store. Was met by Pops one of the techs. Explained what the issue was and what Apple had done and their results. He did some checking of things and finally stated that we would have to wait until a manager came in to swap it out. That would be in a couple of hours. We came back at the appointed time and met with John the Assistant Manager from another store. He did some THOROUGH testing with several of the corporate techs. The whole time he was keeping us abreast of what they were doing. After all was done the issue wasn't resolved. They decided that they would swap out the phone for a new one. Did I like spending 6 hours there. No but Pop's and John made it enjoyable as they worked diligently to try to solve our issues. Could I have been upset about it all, easily but both of them made easy to be there explaining the whole process that they go through. AT&T you are fortunate to have these 2 employees.

We came in twice today. First to get a transfer pin to move an account to Verizon, second to move the account back after Verizon made a mess of the transfer. Lance helped both times and made what was a really frustrating situation so much easier. He’s amazing!

Gabriel was INCREDIBLE he helped us troubleshoot an issue with our teenagers phone, upgraded "dads" phone and hooked us up with 5G home Internet hopefully saving us over $800 a year as a family!

Worst experience ever. Originally stopped by with my wife for changing sim data for wife s phone. Then the staff, Arwa, offered why other family members use T mobile instead of AT&T. She said she can get better price. Offered 130 per month for 5 devices and also promised to give credit for the home security stuff. Oh well.. now we are billed 189.84 a month which is higher than the bill we used to get for T mobile. Well the original staff who I talked is not even responding to my message even though she initially said she will fix it eventually. The Park Meadow AT&T promised something that will not be kept. So please watch out for what they say. They will get you to transfer your service and charge so much money which was never told. You should know it is fraud. Does anyone know if there is anyway to report this?

At&T needs 2 learn about customer service. U by a phone from them & u loose it they won't even try 2 help U find it . We can't do that we don't have the capacity. Or go some place else. They say your buying 1 plan but U get something completely LMK to different but won't fix it. Only charge U more $

I meant to add a review months ago. I went in for my iPhone failing and worked with Bambo Oladipo who quickly identified the issue and resolved within minutes. I love this location for this very reason. So happy with knowledge base, service, smiles. I will be an AT&T store customer as long as this location endures.

I’m writing to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service that I received from Assistant Manager Joshua Sajdyk provided me recently when I was purchasing a new iPhone at AT&T store. Joshua was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went above and beyond upgrading my iPhone.I was particularly impressed by the empathy he has for AT&T customers and willingness to stay with me until everything was completely done. I know that Joshua was very busy, but he never made me feel rushed. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand, and he made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome. The Manager at the ParkMeadows store is extremely rude and lazy. I went in to ask about issues with our business account bill and he told me to call the company instead of helping me. I asked about a phone we received that was not what we ordered and he told me to call the company. I am not sure what this guy does at the store or what he manages. Extremely poor service!!

Arwa A. Was simply amazing. I had gone into the store on Sunday waiting for my Sunday dinner to be ready. Arwa invited me into the store with open arms lol but I’ve been into a number AT&T stores as a young professional but this might have been my best customer service experience I’ve had. I can stay this leadership team is leading in the right direction. Thank you!!
