Jason Montgomery is an amazing salesman who made me feel so comfortable and assured throughout the entire purchasing process. He wasn't pushy but took the time to understand what I was truly looking for. Jason was extremely informative about the vehicle and was able to answer every question that I had. I would highly recommend AutoNation and their sales team. If you get Jason, then count your lucky stars.

Courtesy shuttle driver just cut me off and gave me the middle finger out the driver's window. Maybe they should start calling it the Discourtesy shuttle .

This has to be the worst service I have ever received. First, I drop off my vehicle and it takes them two days to even look at my vehicle. They do not call, they only text. They finally diagnose my vehicle and I approve the repair and oil change totaling 1,600.00. I tried calling two times and texting to get an estimated time of when it would be done, no response. I pick up my vehicle a week later and nothing has been fixed. The a/c unit has the same issue, so what did they do for 1600.00?? We called yesterday and was put on hold for 40 minutes only to be told there was not anyone that could come to the phone. We left a message of great importance and still have not been contacted. Terrible! Avoid this place if you can. The manager Brian did reach out and they were able to fix the issue. The A/C in my car now works.

JR was great to work with! Price was great also! I came from out of state and he helped with everything he could. The bad is it seems like they don’t want your money. Lot of hoops to jump through and seemed irritated that I had my own financing. Like they only wanted you if you financed through them. Also irritated I didn’t want the extended warranty. I shouldn’t have to say no 6 times! The price and JR were so good I would come back! 3 out of 5 for me.

After a terrible experience with another location just the day before, I called this store and spoke to Jason Montgomery who was incredible. Jason had great customer service skills, ensured we were comfortable and taken care of and kept the process simple and moving quickly. They went out of their way to get what we wanted and made everything work for us. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles, this was one of the best experiences and I would recommend this location and Jason to anyone! Thanks again!

If i could give this place a zero star rating i would.. bought a car there recently and it has been nothing but problems... firstly the sold me a car with no brakes and bad tyres and a faulty ac compressor they offered to replaced the brakes which they did and its still giving problems.. when i got the car inspected at a subaru dealership the subaru dealership said this car shud have never left this dealership in the condition i got it.. after a few days the clutch failed and i was left to foot the bill of almost 3 grand... when i contacted them the manager said "well u have to take responsibility for the car at some point". Whilst i understand its a used car i shouldnt be forking out so much money to fix these probs within days of buying this car and being faced with disrespect and to add to that i havent been dring this car much and it has been in the shop being repaired longer than i have had it.. i wouldnt reccommend my worst enemy to shop here!!

I decided to go to a bigger dealer ship to get "better service" but in this case it hasn't been smooth at all when we first got the truck the sales manager was in a hurry and comment were kind of rude, 2 weeks later battery went out and was a hassle for them to replace it, I had warranty for a month or 2 but they kept fighting about it, now I'm having issue with my truck on brake pedal come to find out it is a safety issue and also General Morors has a recall on their website. They said they checked my vin and does not show any recall, but the website of General Motors have recalls on this part and issue I'm having. They are a joke don't waste your time, I know it might be exciting when you walk in and your purchasing a new vehicle it sucks when you don't even have a year and you having a lot of issues.

Worst car buying experience. Phone calls to the Autonation store as well as corporate were NEVER returned. Bought a used car and drove it off the lot with a "we owe you" stipulation because the car was not fully ready. We called our salesperson and the store manager over 20 times and not one of those communications was ever returned by them. After 6 weeks of calling we finally got an appointment. Dropped the car off and they had it for almost 2 weeks to perform what we were told was a 20 minute fix. During those two weeks we again called several times without a return call. They didn't even call when the car was ready. As if that service wasn't bad enough they never sent our title to the DMV. Had to call them to let them know and they finally sent in the paperwork, less than a week before the temp tag expired. During all this we even contacted corporate to try to get assistance with these problems. Corporate never returned the call.

Horrible experience. We just wanted to buy our GMC Denali at the end of the lease and they practically held us, hostage, for 3 hours. I can't even make that up. A simple transaction that they tried to make make money from by selling useless products. The salesperson told us this was an easy transaction and it would not take long. The sales manager was rude when answering my questions and the finance manager became rude once we didn't buy the warranty.

Never got a call back. Thought I at least deserved that. I don’t think your dealership is very considerate

Very unorganized. Keep any receipts you get from them, as they may call you months later expecting payment for what has already been paid in full at the time of service. Also if your looking for a proper detailing I would advise going to a actual car detail shop. It's overpriced and they don't even do a proper job. I won't be returning for any additional services here.

I'll start off this long review by saying that I never leave reviews. I'm pretty understanding and patient and sometimes a pushover. That being said, my purchase and experience at this AutoNation has been horrendous since I drove my car off the lot in August. I'll start by saying that the actual purchase of the vehicle was ok. Joevanni was nice and professional. Fixed a couple of issues with torn leather and some rust spots at no charge but that was just putting lipstick on a pig, that pig being my 2010 Honda Pilot. After driving my car off the lot I noticed a slight squeek on my front strut. Emailed Joevanni about it and they said they would look at it. They didn't. A few days later, after their 5 day return policy, the strut essentially went out and the car was barely drivable. Took the car in and they needed me to set an appointment. A couple weeks later of not driving my new (to me) car, my appointment time arrives. They tell me it'll be a day or two and find out that the control arm bushings are bad AND the front struts are completely shot but the warranty only covers the bushings. They had my car for 80hrs for a 2hr job and locally available parts. Took my vehicle to another shop and get the struts done. At this point my "new" car had been undrivable for a couple weeks and only had the vehicle less than a month. While at the shop getting my struts done they noticed an entire mess of work that needed to be done including a VERY important set of bolts that didn't belong in the car that was VERY unsafe and if the vehicle had gone though the most minor inspection should have been caught by the dealership. The tech at the shop refused to work on my car and told me to give it back if I could because the entire vehicle was unsafe and shouldn't be driven. Get the appropriate bolts and have them installed at a different shop and the struts get done (about 2/3 the price AutoNation quoted me) and the shop notices that one of the CV axle boots has completely ripped off and was metal-on-metal and the other side was having a similar issue. Fix the CV axles and tried to have an alignment done but both tie rods are completely blown which also needed to be repaired. At this point my car had been parked about 3/4 of the time I've had it because it was unsafe to drive and if those issues had completely failed with me on the road I could have easily rolled my car and been hurt, or worse. Since that time I've had to replace the spark plugs that were so bad they had to use a specific tool to get one out because it was seized in the engine, I had to replace the fuel pump, a special part on the evap system, the "check fuel cap" warning light keeps coming on after I replaced the cap, and had the automatic transmission fluid drained and the tech laughed at how dark and smelly it was. Overall, my out-of-pocket costs to replace and repair issues that shouldn't have passed even the most moderate inspection is about $3k and deductibles for the warranty was about $300 but I've missed work, was unable to drive the vehicle for weeks, and the time I've spent at the AutoNation shop and the few others for a "new", certified vehicle is also unacceptable. The reason I'm writing this review is because I've tried to call their store manager Kevin a half dozen times. When I was able to reach him he tells me he'll call me back and doesn't so when I call back and leave a message for him I don't get a reply. Overall, I wouldn't buy a used car from these guys unless you're ready for a headache and ready to spend about 1/4 of the price of the car (or more) just to not risk dying in the vehicle from crap inspections and greedy salesmanship. I have pictures and receipts for all the repairs and photos of how bad these issues were and I will be contacting a lemon law lawyer if I don't get a suitable remedy from this dealership. I've already told pretty much everyone I know, including my mom and coworker, who were going to bu

Bad experience! I live almost 50 miles away, so I tried to make sure we were close on trade-in and pricing, sent pics, etc. Finally went in thinking all was good but the details changed when I arrived. I left and bought elsewhere the next day. Waste of time, wouldn't go back. The saleswoman, Valerie, was nice and helpful, but it was a typical good guy/bad guy where the manager screwed up the whole deal. He repeatedly said things that were completely untrue- he is either dishonest or, to be fair, possibly just not the smartest tool in the shed. Got $4k more for my trade elsewhere and a better car to boot. Won't go back.

This location is the team to work with!! From the initial conversations, to meeting up with Jim in sales for a test ride, then a walk through with finance with competitive rates, I was quickly out the door with the vehicle of my desire. Two weeks later I ran into a slight problem. The focus of my woes was a part that failed due to wear. They have an extensive inspection for used vehicles, but this was something that could not bee seen. There 90 day warranty would not cover this situation as it was a wearable item. After I brought to their attention Larry and Kevin worked with me to find a solution. They value the customer experience and I recommend this location to insure you walk away with a smile.
