We just left due to staff completely uninterested in helping us look at a vehicle. The sales representative was very rude and left us to go speak with other employees 30 feet away. Will be giving my business elsewhere and hope said sales rep finds more fulfilling work that he enjoys.

TJ was really great to work with on the sale of the truck. I felt no pressure at all. He is easy to speak with felt very comfortable throughout the process. The time it took to walk out the door was very surprising. What used to be 4 or more hours buying a vehicle on took two hours or less. Thank you for the great experience!

Del did an absolutely great and thorough job. I had a brand new 3500 Denali Limited that failed electrically. I brought it into service because of the failures, but told them I expected the truck to be replaced. Feel set up a meeting with the GM and we were able to get into a Denali Ultimate. I appreciate the work of the GM Sean and Del in working it all out.
I'm the owner of a highway construction business and have been in the heavy civil construction all my life, bought trucks and equipment for 35 years. I believe Del is a prime candidate for GSM or beyond. Most sales guys would have walked away when they heard the problem and left it to the GM, Del stuck it out the whole time, tried different trucks and finished it up. He is an asset to your dealership.

I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealership because they did not have the color I was looking for. But when I brought it in for service, they took care of me like I was a threepete customer. Even performing non-warranty work at no charge. It was complex work, but nevertheless, in a world of greed I would have agreed to pay something, but the were more interested in satisfying a customer that will yield greater returns. The service department must me under new leadership, because I did not feel this way a year ago! Keep up the good work, and watch your business grow!

Buyer beware. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and a month after the engined seized. Before the purchase, they reassured me that the vehicle went through their inspection and was ready to sell. Fortunately the engine was still under warranty and I was able to get this completed through another dealership. They will rush you through the signing process as well. They refused to provide any support to myself and my family from buying a lemon from them. Not to mention lack of professionalism as my partner and I came in the day after to sign for finance and the staff member that was suppose to help us, never showed. Someone else had to help us sign which made it completely uncomfortable. Also while we were waiting to sign, we were told that the staff member was with someone else and while we waited for 2 hours, it determined he wasn’t even at the office, just the door was closed. Preowned or not, just keep an eye out for their shady behavior and don’t go to Ali or Julio.

Bought BMW 5 Series within a week it broken leaking and they said fix it but again broke down and told engine is blown !!!! Don’t trust em no intergraty!!!

Best buying experience. TJ is the best salesperson I've ever had. Took thr time to educate me on my Hummer and was very transparent and professional. TJ was the best salesperson I've ever had and typically I hate dealt m dealing with salesmen. He was very knowledgeable, patient and accommodating.
