They closed my checking account without notice, and mailed me a check for the balance weeks later. When I called in they told me they don't need a reason to close accounts and there was nothing I can do. It will happen to you too!

Absolutely the worst banking experience in my life. From the customer service on the phone to in person banking they are, as a whole, clueless. On top of that, they charge hefty fees. I am closing all my accounts and moving elsewhere for my banking needs.

This is a nightmare, the employees are not experienced at all. Also, the lack interaction skills. I'm the only customer at the bank with two employees and one hour to do one transaction, then they apologized for the delay because they are short of staff. I think they find me dump customer.

Tha bank charged me double when I attempted to pay off my credit card. Took them a month to solve the problem and give me my money back. Then, we paid off the loan for our house after we sold it and the still charged for the mortgage. Another battle to have that money back. TheN, they charged me interest on the credit card that I had paid off two months ago and there we went again for another battle trying to get my money back and today the removed from my checking account $350 to make an " automatic" payment on the same credit card that I had paid off. I ended up closing the credit card ( I should have done it before) and I am on my way to claim the $350 they took away for no reason and without authorization. Also, they owe me $826.17 on a loan that I paid off according to the amount the were bill g me... well I ended up overpaying them and they never told me that I had that credit. I just found out. Another battle and I am closing all my accounts with them. They hurt strongly my finances during October más November when they double charged me for the payoff of my credit card and took away the " mortgage" payment on the house that we sold. It was a horrible time since I needed the money to pay my bills and they had it. There is no manager at the Lone Tree location, I ended up talking with the manager at the Cherry Creek branch but there wasn't too much he did but apologizing. I ah e heard I am not the only customer going through this with them. They abuse their power, our money and this at some point is already

This bank stole 1800$ off me and my wife and are completely unwilling to help us or attempt to make things right in any way left me with no money for food or rent I have 3 children this is devastating to me and I'm not the only person to have a similar claim

dont go to this bank, wait for one hour but the banker has no clue to do her job at all. no trust these people how can trust their business. avoid this place!!!

I (Donna Chatman) worked with Michael Reid at Compass Bank for a couple of things today. He helped me with a signature loan and helped me with an online banking issue. I could not have asked for a better experience with him. He's a great manager and knows what he's doing when it comes to banking.

This Lone Tree location has been fantastic though I can't say the same about the other branch by Wildcat. That other branch has MORE THAN ONCE put money it to other people's accounts. I understands mistakes happen but come on! And the second to last time it was the manager and he didn't even apologize! He just said ya that was me while chomping on candy - what kind of a manager does that?? How do even get to be a manager when you are like that!? Dani and their newer manager at this Lone Tree location have been great about helping me get all of this 3rd mistake of giving my money to someone else sorted out. Definitely will continue to use them at this location only! Did I mention when I put a comment on Fb word of mouth HIGHLANDS RANCH I was not the only person that had issues with the to her brand putting their money in other accounts?? Can't say it enough avoid the other brancbranch and ALWAYS get a receipt and check your online statements

I am a customer and it is impossible to talk to anyone at the local bank without going to a branch. The local number goes to a central location, and waiting to talk to a real person when there is an issue takes up to 20 minutes, and twice I have waited and gotten wrong information!~!!!. I will be closing my account, but next bank I will check out how easy it is to talk to them without a automated system to "route" calls.
