I am absolutely disgusted with the behavior of one of the staff members here. Forget being rude, I have never seen such RACISM. I hope your actions catch up with you. You deserve to be fired. Her name was either Miranda or Mindy, Mandy etc… she refused to tell me her name after what she said about my husband. Absolutely NOT OKAY. I will not be a member of this bank anymore.

No wonder this particular location has awful reviews. Their customer service is trash. They do not take customers into consideration and refuse to set up accounts. They need to learn to do their job and actually run a buisness.

Bellco as a whole is great for car loans. This location is INCREDIBLY SLOW if you try to use the drive through. Count on 10 to 15 minutes per transaction. I go to make a simple car payment and it takes forever. If they don’t want to service the drive through, they shouldn’t have one.Having received the response from Ashley at Bellco, this parrots what I hear from them when I make them aware of the wait times while in the drive through: use another payment option. If I wanted to use another payment option I would (I am not an idiot and am able to set up the online platform and autopayment); and this response doesn't at all address the root problem with wait times in the drive through. Simply put, if you are going to have a drive through staff it accordingly, or don't have one at all.

I love Bellco Credit Union. I have been a member for over 20 years but this branch is terrible, especially the drive-up tellers. They are rude and unprofessional. I would rather go to any other branch than this one.

You know how people say "use a credit union, they're better than the big banks?" um, not really. So lots of little issues, but so apparently the monthly payments for an iphone count as a cash advance...complete with a $10 cash advance fee every time. Go figure. Stick with the big guys. They don't do silly stuff like this. They did refund the fee...after 30 minutes on the phone...and I get to call Apple and change the charge to a different card....

Thank you, I am a returning customer. Every I've had with Bellco Credit Union Associates has been easy and a pleasure. When I've asked questions where the associate was unsure... the associate asked me to hold while they confirmed their information. I am so pleased. Great customer service shouldn't be underrated. I'd recommend Bellco. My experience with my former bank was to be blindly transferred, put on permanent hold or to be disconnected.

Extremely unhelpful, gave us conflicting directions for notarizing a document which costed us a number of round trips, Even after multiple trips the document did not get notarized because of some technicality. Will never use this location for notary services again.

I went to Bellco after talking ~45 minutes to a Customer Service Representative over the phone that was apparently new and kept chatting with others at Bellco trying to get answers to my questions. I finally decided to go into the branch because she said they would help me with more information there. I even asked if I needed an appointment but she said the branch takes walk-ins. I get to the branch and was greeted by a pleasant lady that later on identified herself as the branch manager. She notified Miranda that I needed assistance. She and Miranda listened to my requests (I had 2), but the manager told me that I was not able to open the account I was wanting without pre-filled out paperwork and needed an appointment even though I had been an established member for 10+ years. I said ok, I wasn't told that over the phone, but I still wanted to have someone at Bellco address why a company was trying to make a deposit INTO my account - and according to this vendor, Bellco was rejecting said payment into my account even though Bellco had years of history of deposits from this company and I had not changed anything! So the manager and Miranda both listened and the manager said Miranda would investigate this and to follow her and sit in the cubicle. I followed Miranda, when she asked for my id I promptly gave her both (I had renewed my driver's license a little early so I had both ids that were valid). I asked if she needed my account number as well but she said 'No', the driver's license was enough. Miranda went into my account and handed me back the older license that was going to expire in a month but kept the newer license saying she needed a copy of it. She started asking me questions that I answered but I asked her to make a copy of my license because I wanted it back (since she had successfully identified me) so I wouldn't forget it . She ignored my request and started asking me other questions so I asked her again to make a copy of the newer driver's license and we'd continue the discussion. She refused and told me that in order for her to answer any of my questions she needed to hold my license. Disgusted I pulled out my social security card and told her I was glad I hadn't given her that or she would have kept it as well. I had come with all my identification including latest tax return because I had thought I was going to be able to open another account (mind you I already had a personal checking and savings account with them for over 15 years) but apparently they didn't have the time to do this for me. Since Miranda wouldn't help me unless she held on to my identification (even though she was done with identifying me) I told Miranda to forget it. At first I told her to close my accounts, but I immediately told her to leave them as they are. I didn't want a rep with an attitude to push me to get rid of accounts I had for that long. She said I could take my license, she did NOT hand me my driver's license back. I had to reach over and retrieve my newest driver's license since it was my personal identification / property. I immediately went back to the lady that I had talked to when I first walked in the door but she was helping someone else. After waiting a while I decided to the teller's desk and ask for a manager. I had to wait for the teller because he was helping another lady. Once done he had to stop this other lady because he hadn't given her license back. I laughed - that was EXACTLY why I wanted my driver's license returned to me after they did their identification. The teller was very nice, once up I requested a manager and he immediately told me to walk around to the front and a manager would help me. Well, the branch manager ended up being the lady I started with. She gave me no business card to identify herself, but I explained to her my interaction with Miranda. She listened and told me she would talk to Miranda in private later to see what her story was. That's understandable - I get that the manager was trying t

I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional service at Bellco and sat in the drive up for 25 minutes at the Lone Tree location TRYING to take care of my transaction of cashing a check and a withdrawal from savings. It actually took THREE tellers to take care of this. The last teller was rude and interrupted what I was trying to explain exactly what I needed done for the third time. No more Lone Tree location I will stay with my original location at the Southbridge location. They know what they are doing and are very professional and kind.
