I found the perfect gift for my wife on our 30th anniversary. Even though the gift was not in stock at the Park Meadows store, America was able to find it at another store (out of state) and have it delivered in time for my anniversary. The only negative would be that the time line is long and slow response for generating the 3D CAD design but in addition the communication was lacking when corporate implemented changes that caused delays. Otherwise our experience working with Amber has been a delight, she took our feedback and helped us get the perfect engagement ring designed. I am thrilled at getting the exact ring I had dreamed of, even if it will take 6 weeks. I would recommend working with Ben Bridges for the care and feeling like you can trust them on a major decision.

I usually go in seeking out Amber to help me, but if she’s not in I always get plenty of help from the rest of the staff. I’ve gotten a watch serviced through BB and some beautiful ruby studs for my wife!
