I saw Carrie Ann for my cut and highlight and I was there for 3 hours the night before I was getting on a plane for California. Normally this would be no big deal since I can appreciate that it takes a while to do hair but along with her declination to cut "too much off" because I was "freaking her out" (her words) and what I considered "basic" highlights, I thought 3 hours was excessive. I paid $230 and although she told me to come back the next day if I decided I wanted more off the length, I thought the idea alone was inappropriate. For $230 or $30, I feel I should be able to get my head completely shaved if I request it. I didn't go back although I feel like my hair is still way too long for my liking. If you're looking for a "big" change, I don't suggest a conservative place like Blue Mist. It's been about a month and my grow out looks crazy bad so I think I overpaid. Bummer!

Went in last week for a cut. I did request a lot to be taken off, which was done. However, after getting home, I realized it was still not where I wanted it. I texted my stylist. She arranged for me to come back. She and the manager concluded that my hair texture did need some extra attention. They made big improvements to it, free of charge. Am now very happy with my cut.

Misty has been cutting my hair for 2 years now, and she's amazing. She's always in trend with the new techniques and products that she uses. She cares about your needs of hairstyle and knows how to deliver it.

Jennifer Cordova is amazing. I tried hair extensions and loved them. I was always hesitent to even enquire about it because I assumed it was really expensive and took a long time. They go in pretty fast and after the initial purchase of the extension product it's a reasonable price to have them redone every 6 to 8 weeks. She also does my fiance who has great curly hair but never knows how to cut and control it; he's also had a hard time finding someone that knows how to work with his wavy hair. She got him back to normal after a really bad haircut and is sticking with her from now on

Carrie Ann did a wonderful job on my hair. I have long straight hair, and need layers to be able to function well in life. LOL She made it look great, and gave me hints about color. (I color my own hair red, which is difficult to maintain) The atmosphere is one of welcoming hospitality. I will be returning as soon as my hair makes me crazy again!

Loved my haircut and color, but there was definitely sticker shock! $200 for highlights and a cut! They graciously cut $20 off for my teenage daughter, but $180 is a LOT for highlights and a trim.
