It was crazy busy on a Sunday afternoon but the staff seemed like they were managing. Workers did a nice job with our kiddo and personalized the experience. There was some confusion about using a gift card at checkout.

This is not for me. This is for my granddaughter and grandson. The staff was nice , friendly and helpful. Bring your young ones on their birthday and make it special they will help you. Also for all the geeks out there , they have a bunch of options. Harry potter. Dragons. Super hero. Everything
