Worker placed my plush on top of her dirty shoe to sew her up. Watch out who’s helping you stuff your plush. Now I’m going to have to clean my brand new plush right out of the store :(

It was crazy busy on a Sunday afternoon but the staff seemed like they were managing. Workers did a nice job with our kiddo and personalized the experience. There was some confusion about using a gift card at checkout.

The normal employees ate totally fine and very nice. The (I assume) GM is horrible, full of herself, rude, and just plain nasty. Just buy stuff online or go to a location farther away. I've heard employees praising her and I genuinely don't know why, she's the absolutely worst person to be working at a BaB.

My daughter turns 1 years old this month and we did the birthday bear. Paid $1 for the bear! The woman who helped us was so so sweet and made today so special for my daughter. Gave my daughter a hat and sticker, and offered my daughter to ring a bell before we left and she sang her happy birthday. My 1 year old may not remember this birthday, but watching her clap along and get excited with her singing was such a wonderful experience. I wish I asked for the woman's name to give her recognition!

This is not for me. This is for my granddaughter and grandson. The staff was nice , friendly and helpful. Bring your young ones on their birthday and make it special they will help you.
Also for all the geeks out there , they have a bunch of options. Harry potter. Dragons. Super hero. Everything

We celebrated my daughter’s 7th Birthday here today and she had the BEST time. All of her friends loved it and the staff was so incredible. I feel like this will definitely be a core memory because of how special it was! Thank you Build-a-Bear! I also think the cost is completely worth it for a party of 5-6 kids. She can’t stop talking about how perfect her party was. After Build-a-Bear, we had a picnic outside the mall in the vistas and had cake with our new bear friends.

We had a great time during our visit for my daughter's birthday party. Our party person was named Chloe, and she was the sweetest! We had a great time during our visit, and felt really good about booking our party here. The store was stocked, clean, with tons of friends to choose from.
