Extremely rude people. They love to waste peoples time and energy. Never responding to emails or phone calls. On top of that they give terrible advice.
I wouldn't trust them with a penny of my money.

I’m appalled at the service I have received today at Charles Schwab in Lonetree. After spending 3+ hours on the phone with them we went into their bank branch on Lincoln and Lone Tree park way. We were greeted with the worst customer service and frankly not a single level of management seemed to care about us our money or the mishandling of funds! Even after they made repeated mistakes with our funds they treated us like we were in the wrong and.l being difficult. I would highly recommend not making any investment with this company and I personally will be taking all of my funds out of this establishments care as soon as possible!
The lack of customer service is appalling, you are treated with constant disregard! 100% would not recommend!

Very rude front desk person. I believe her name was Cher Becerra. She was rude, unprofessional, arrogant and didnt know the answers to any of my questions but kept telling me to ask her what questions I have!!! Dear Cher Beccera, you are NOT qualified to answer financial questions, so dont tell people to ask you questions you are NOT qualified to answer. Instead do your front desk job duty and schedule the appointment as you were asked. I will be talking to your manager.

Courtney Sackett is truly a MVP! This review is a year late but my mom transferred her accounts from another institution to Schwab and Courtney couldn't have been more pleasant, knowledgeable, none judgmental. After she got my mom set up Courtney even helped me set up a account and helped me understand how it works. If you are looking to open an account, have questions or just want someone who won't leave you feeling icky ask for Courtney!

They offer a robust web portal. 24 hour call service. Only negative is CSRs who are still learning means waiting on hold for them to get answers.If you’re looking for a broker to hold your hand and lock you into their own investment packages, then go elsewhere.If you want a suite of options and the support to DIY, then Schwab is great.Set your investment goals first, then shop around of who to invest with.

Absolutely horrible to do any business with them. I’ve had over 7 calls with their retirement call center and nobody seems to know what’s going on. Inaccurate information on each call, and a different answer from each of them over 3 weeks all for a withdrawal. Their website says 5-7 business days. It’s been three weeks.

Worst brokerage of all. Paperwork, paperwork, paperwork and then more paperwork. Nothing makes them happy. I went through 4 ink cartridges and spent 3 hours doing and redoing paperwork... And then spent hours on the phone trying to get everything sorted. MOVING MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable, it's 2023 and you cannot fill out and sign any forms online. Stay away... put your money elsewhere...

This is a terrible bank with incompetent people. They do not know how to treat their customers and they are unprofessional. They don't have time to help you and they are not customer service oriented. I will go somewhere where they appreciate me and my money.

This place is a total joke. The people here are pompus and rude and dont want to help anyone. They act like a bunch of pre-madonnas and they are just tellers. They refused to help me open an account and then walked me back to another girl who was just as cluesless. Dont waste anytime with opening up an account here

Useless website. They make it as hard as humanly possible to get your money. I tried calling in multiple times and their phone system drops the call. The message center doesn't work either. I wouldn't recommend Schwab.
