Don’t waste your time. Had an appointment for ear piercing at 10am 9/28/24 for my little girl’s 5th birthday…waited outside the store for an HOUR and the employee never showed up to even open the store. Had to go downstairs and get her ears pierced somewhere else in the mall as she was so sad she wasn’t going to get her ears pierced for her birthday. Thanks for the disappointment Claire’s.

We made an appointment for ear piercing for our daughter, and while the store was listed as open at 10am and our appointment was for 10am, nobody showed up to open the store so after waiting 30 minutes we gave up and left. The interior of the store was a mess and looked like it had been abandoned. Wouldn’t trust a store that looks like that to pierce my kids ears.

Scammers. I was promised free earings for a year if I pierced all of our ears. Great deal until it's not honored. Deb at park meadows mall will scam you out of your money. Don't trust claires.

Bought a defective item that broke in 2 pieces. The clerk from this location tried to cheat by offering a cheaper item for an even exchange. When I declined that, she started forcing a store credit. When I insisted on a full refund she got mad and asked to see my card. Unfortunately, I paid with Apple pay, 4 last digits of my actual card didn’t match 4 digits on the receipt. No matter how hard I tried to explain how Apple pay works, she refused to process a refund. She also ruined the receipt by circling and writing “retuned“ against the item I never got a refund for. The whole experience was a circus and I have no idea what her problem was with returning my money. Thankfully, my bank disputed the charge immediately with no questions asked.

Rude. We were there to get a first ear piercing done. The store manager was rude and haughty. Mocked me when I asked if this was where we came for ear piercings. I was asking tongue-in-cheek. Unfortunately there's not really any other game in town for ear piercing. Wouldn't recommend.

We went to get our daughter’s ears pierced and the staff, Cody and Leia, were SO KIND and PATIENT with our daughter. She was so scared and we went in-and-out like 7 times and the whole process they explained what they were doing, they made her laugh, made her feel comfortable, and they even sat in the chair to show her exactly how it would be done. She is now so happy and proud that she has pierced ears, but it would not have happened if the staff at Claire’s weren’t so amazing!

Not fab. Poor customer service, stares & silence w my autistic daughter, even when I offered a "she is excited in here, so sorry." Absurd prices, oh my goodness. Want to drop two to three digits on trash? I hope we can avoid this store in the future despite my daughter's innocent love of it.
