I've Lived here 2 years and only have good things to say about my time here. Quiet and safe lil neighborhood, with updated and well kept interiors. Managment and maintenance was very quick to respond to anything we needed. The pool area was well kept, and has easy access to a park and walking trail. By far the best rental experience I've had

I have rented in many different places over the years, and this has been the most efficient and positive experience I have ever had. The team is genuinely kind, personable, and wonderfully thorough. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism. I truly appreciate how thoughtful they are. If I could give more than five stars, I would! ⭐️

Looking for a place with marble floors, caviar on tap, and security gates to protect your Maserati? This ain't it. This is an awesome older community made special by the people and the process.
* The office staff know your name and your apartment number off the top of their heads.
* The maintenance staff is outsized for the size of the community, and they are constantly on the property improving or fixing something at all times. (For example, they noticed the water heater was venting overflow water a bit too much outside our unit, and contacted us to fix it before WE realized there was a problem at all!) Maintenance requests are handled quickly, cheerfully, and competently.
* They clean the pool and test the water quality daily.
* Landscaping care is done weekly.
* They bring in food trucks.
* There's a giant park full of walking trails immediately adjacent to the complex.
* It seems to be built ON a giant rabbit warren. Bunnies are everywhere, which is cool.
Now, it is an older community. The floor isn't 100% level, and isn't going to be. Doors shift a little bit, and the windows sometimes stick a bit, all normal in older buildings. It's not a fancy place. It's a well-maintained, friendly, middle-class sort of place.
And there's none better.

Contour 39 near Park Meadows is a beautiful place to live. My friend just moved in, and the staff has been unbelievably kind, she couldn’t be happier in her new space. The apartment itself is stunning with breathtaking views, and the amenities like the pool make it easy to connect with others and enjoy the community.
The electric bill can run high in the summer, and yes, rent is on the pricier side (welcome to Colorado, where jobs often don’t keep up with living costs). Still, people are making it work, and overall the experience here has been excellent.

We’ve been living at Contour39 for a while now, having moved here from California, and from the very beginning, we’ve been genuinely impressed by the team that works here every day to make this community better. Starting with the lease process — which we completed entirely remotely — everything was handled with an incredible level of care, responsiveness, and involvement from the staff.
When we finally arrived in Lone Tree and walked into the office for the first time, we immediately felt confident that we had made the right choice. Honestly, it was a moment of relief — we were finally able to relax. The way the staff carries themselves, their kindness, and their willingness to help with any issue or concern is truly remarkable. It creates a sense of safety and makes this place feel like home.
We just want to say a huge thank you to the entire team for the way you do your job and how much you clearly care about this place. We deeply appreciate you and truly love living here. We’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time — every time we see one of you, it reminds us. But life gets busy. Still, this needed to be said: you guys are amazing. And as someone who works with people myself, I know how hard it is to maintain this level of service and warmth. Hats off to you. Thank you!

We moved from South Korea to Denver for a one-year exchange professor program. Although we have only lived here for two weeks, we already truly love Contour 39.
All staff members are exceptionally kind, generous, and considerate. The environment, including the apartments, park, office, and gym, is very clean and cozy.
Deanna was incredibly helpful throughout the application process, guiding us patiently even though we were unfamiliar with many aspects of life in the US. She always welcomes us warmly whenever we meet and responds promptly to our requests and needs.
Collin, the technician, is highly skilled and efficiently resolved any technical issues we encountered in our home.
We are truly grateful to all the staff members at Contour 39 and are extremely satisfied with our living experience here.

Great apartment complex with a solid maintenance crew as well. Caleb in maintenance is the fastest in the west - and the full maintenance crew is always super helpful and quick for an emergent need! Deanna, Sebastian, and Kay in the office are always willing to go the extra mile to help folks - and are super easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I lived at Contour39 for a year and a half. The complex offers great amenities and the included garage was a great bonus. My only compliant while living there was the noisiness living on the 1st floor and hearing constant noise from above while trying to work. I resolved that issue by moving to the 2nd floor. Aside from that, I had absolutely no issues there. Everything was great and I enjoyed living there as well as all of the Contour39 staff.

If you're looking to move south of Denver, this place is hard to beat. Never have been a fan of swallowing, claustrophobic apartment complexes, so I was relieved to have stumbled upon this place a few years ago. Neighborhood is very quiet (the stop lights around Lone Tree could hurry up sometimes though), so quiet it can feel a bit liminal sometimes for being in this busy area. It's green during the summer, super dog friendly but somehow with all the dogs, I never hear barking(?) - anyways, little to complain about. Among the slew of things that continue to prod me towards resigning the lease every year, the maintenance system is most notable. I work in another sector of maintenance, and it's a privilege to come home and know that I have a team of professionals I can call to take any extra work off my back. Adam, Caleb, DJ and Collin are timely, respectful, and can execute any task around the property with ease and precision. Not once have they left a spot in my place that wasn't there before. The office team is equally competent and equipped. So, uh, come be my neighbor, I guess. Pretty easy living, here.

I’ve lived at Contour 39 since July. There are a lot of pros to this place such as the nice apartment layouts w/ garage, the pool/hot tub area, and the grounds of the complex. However, I’m not sure I’ll be able to call this place home beyond one lease term due to the amount of over-head noise heard in my first floor, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. I am a professional who frequently works from home and the noise from above makes it difficult to impossible to focus on my work. You can literally hear your upstairs neighbor’s EVERY step (and more) and it is LOUD — wakes you up in the morning, freaks my pets out, and shakes the walls. It’s really unfortunate as you can tell the leasing company wanted an upper-scale feel to the apartments, but there is clearly no insulation in the floors to dampen the noise. We’ve even had our guests comment on the level of noise from above! If you are used to having a quiet home or work from home frequently, I 100% would not recommend that you rent a first floor apartment here.
