Office staff is very nice, haven't had a bad encounter with anyone. They do try their best to help but things do fall through the cracks. Maintenance team are all also really nice and easy to work with. However, it can take a few weeks and some outreach on your part before issues get addressed. Even then, single issues will probably take multiple visits to iron out. Apartments are good value for the space, the amenities are nice but some areas of the community could benefit from some more tlc. Was surprised to see a trash charge for close to $50 last month, hopefully that's an exception and not the rule.

One of the worst property managers I found in the Denver area. They are very sweet during apartment showing, signing lease etc. But very rude after that. Really bad communication overall.

I recently toured Altitude at Lone Tree and had such a great experience. Chelsea was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy and low-pressure — which I really appreciated. She took the time to answer my (many) questions and was genuinely helpful in walking me through floor plan options. The community itself is beautiful and feels really well-maintained. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking in the area!

trash fee being $65+ dollars is insane.
They also charged me for trash twice last month and never took off the charge 🤠 so I had to just pay both

While the apartment and community is good, they charge a hell lot for the utilities. Especially trash, was charged 60$+ in trash alone. So if you are planning to move in here make sure you add at least 130+ to your rent(for 1 bed 1bath apt) excluding electricity and gas. Just disappointed with paying 60+$ on trash alone.

Have been here for a year now, and altitude has truly created a perfect atmosphere of living. The staff has really put forth effort into creating this environment . They also have shown kindness and are exceedingly helpful in all inquiries. I recommend Altitude at Lone Tree if you seek positivity and a great living environment.
