SHAME ON Costco but hooray for their SPECTACULAR STAFF! Nestled within the sprawling expanse of Costco Park Meadows, the pharmacy is an oasis of humor amidst the chaos of bulk shopping. The staff, draped in lab coats like comedic superheroes, tackle the trials of irate customers with the finesse of seasoned diplomats. They navigate through complaints about long lines, not with frustration, but with a smile as bright as a neon sign on a dark night. Yet, the truth remains: the fault doesn't lie with these pharmacy wizards but with the corporate behemoth whose staffing decisions resemble a game of chance.
Yes, the lines can snake through aisles like a particularly stubborn anaconda, but it's not for lack of effort on the part of these pharmacy maestros. If anything, the powers-that-be at Costco should heed the call for reinforcements, granting the staff the sidekicks they deserve. And let's not forget about compensation; these champions of customer service deserve not just a pat on the back but a raise that would make even Scrooge McDuck blush. And as for perks, forget about those tiny samples; how about a lifetime supply of steak and lobster? After all, a happy pharmacy team is the key ingredient to a healthy shopping experience at Costco Park Meadows.
The staff is clearly underpaid. And no, I do not know any of the staff other than friendly talks when I need their help.

Horrendous Lines. Self-checkout all the way to the back of the store. This is the line for a cashier, it’s backed up almost all the way to the clothes section. Makes it hard to even get through isles to shop. They really need to open more registers.3 registers not open, 5 open

Working at this pharmacy makes my heart happy -- I truly enjoy supporting our appreciative customers. Our team works tenaciously to fill medications and keep the lines moving because WE CARE ABOUT YOU. We also care about pets who need medicines too! ?? We do our best; please be patient with us; some customers are very ill and need more time to check out. From what I've seen and heard from our numerous customers, our prices are amazing. True to the Costco promise -- quality products, excellent pricing.

The service here used to be great but over the past year its really gotten worse. Long lines, no attention to detail, lack of courtesy, prices higher than other local pharmacies. It's no longer a pleasure to do business here.

Went to pick up a new prescription and the pharmacist named Huy was EXTREMELY rude and short with me. I stood there for a sold 10 minutes not knowing what he was trying to do and he walked away several times. Finally I got my prescription and told him I was wanting to use a good RX coupon and he raised his voice and said I was supposed to do that at the beginning and he had to start again. His customer service was horrible especially after I was patient through the whole transaction.

Have had to call this location on several occassions. Most people are nice, but one female staff member has hung up on me, place me on hold multiple times for over 5 minutes without saying anything and, when she does bother to answer she is short, rude and unhelpful. Have had to call back several times to try and get anyone to help me. Glad my medicines aren't life threatening to miss.

This pharmacy is run pretty well with consideration for the volume of prescriptions, vaccinations, and other RX needs being processed. I especially like the responsiveness when I need to speak with someone. Very courteous and professional, I like this pharmacy!
