Great attention from the pharmacist for my new prescription. I just transferred my prescription here and I had a excellent experience.

I had surgery at Lincoln Surgical Center down the road and needed a prescription filled that night because our local pharmacy was already closed and my surgeon was concerned about pain management for the night. My friend who brought me to surgery and I are not from the area (about 150 miles away) and we were told this was the closest pharmacy. My friend waited in line for forty minutes starting at 6:00pm. When she reached the front of the line, she was told it was too late to fill the prescription, even though they were still open for twenty minutes and the doctor had sent the expedited order in almost an hour before (my friend was on the phone with the doctor, so we know exactly when it was sent). The male pharmacy tech, who was extremely rude, tried to argue with my friend that the doctor had “just” sent it in a few seconds ago, which was a complete lie. When my friend tried to explain that I had surgery and I really needed this prescription filled tonight, the tech just shrugged his shoulders and said oh well, come back to get it tomorrow and smirked at her. Like we are going to drive 300 miles round trip to come back to this horrible pharmacy. Our local pharmacy in our small town filled it promptly the next day. About an hour after our local pharmacy had filled it, I got a text saying that this CVS had finally gotten around to filling it, even after my doctor sent the prescription back to my local pharmacy. I am absolutely amazed that they filled a narcotics prescription after it had been withdrawn by the ordering provider over twelve hours before (not to mention that my friend told them not to fill it either since we didn’t live in town…and even if we did, we wouldn’t be back here). There is a reason why this pharmacy has such poor reviews. Find somewhere else to go.

Super big and clean drug store. Lots of selection and nice staff willing to show you where the products are. They won’t shout aisle 5 in the bottom left. They will actually bring you to the aisle and show you what you are looking for and tell you about the drug interactions and pros and cons of each drugs.

Only good experiences here with vaccines, waits, etc. way better than Walgreens.

Terrible customer service. Wait time is ridiculous and staff doesn’t seem to care. No structure, always a long wait. This is at Lone Tree location.

Not one to make many reviews but this had to be mentioned. Went to pick up my medication for the first time here after moving pharmacies and I noticed that one prescription did not look familiar and I told the gentleman at the register I did not know what that medication was. He was extremely rude to me and said I don't know what to tell you, that's just what your doctor called in. I pulled up my patient portal and showed them that medication listed on that bag was not in my account. I asked them if it was a generic name and he could not give me an answer. When the pharmacist was checking on things I gave him my insurance card which he proceeded to tell me after huffing and puffing that they do not take UHC and I would pay more than $200 in copays for the medication. My UHC account also says CVS takes UHC insurance. The medication came back to the gentleman at the counter and it was opened with something else put in the bag but still with that label of medication that I didn't know was. I told them to cancel my prescriptions and I'll return to my old pharmacy.So scary!!!!

The only reason I come here is it's walking distance from me. But otherwise this CVS is pretty bad. Maybe understaffed, and stressed employees can't help as much. Each time I refill my prescription it immediately goes to "waiting for your prescriber". Maybe it's a way for them to stall for time and leave orders for later. But I always have to go I , tell them no need to contact my prescriber. Then have to come back and get my meds. No point in calling o. The phone, there's no answer. Or if there is, it's an immediate please hold. Hope this CVS gets better.

Waited for an hour and the tech told me he would get my prescription filled. Right when the pharmacy was about to close he told me he couldn’t fill it and told me to go to another CVS location. Horrible service.

I'm not in the business of writing negative reviews. Seriously, I've got better things to do. But the experience at the Lone Tree CVS in Target was one worth mentioning. Let me start by saying that there's this young woman there, long braided brown hair, an absolute gem. She is very sweet. Someone give her a job where she's surrounded by people as pleasant as she is, because her co-workers are a whole different story.I tried to pick up a prescription not once, not twice, but THREE times. Each visit, the same reply: "We have nothing in our system." At this point, I'm practically on a first-name basis with my doctor, who's on the phone confirming she sent it in. Still, CVS seems to not have a prescription. Not sure how that is possible, perhaps they need new software engineers too.I went the extra mile, got a printed prescription, and again found myself in a 45-minute line. Eventually, I threw in the towel and went to Safeway, where I was in and out in 5 minutes, no joke. If I have to endure the corporate playground, I might as well do it where the staff doesn't make me question the choices that led me there in the first place.
