I had an Appointment booked for noon I have never been here before. I show up at noon. Spent 20 min looking this place. When I showed up they said they couldn’t take me because I showed up later than the 15 min when they were allowed to take me, no one reached out to me regarding where I am. Not to mention they offered to put me in at 1, but that makes me confused because if the slot after me was available why would I need to wait. Super unprofessional experience

I made an a an appointment 5 months ago for my daughter and myself. We were in Denver for a wedding. The day before the appointment they moved us 1 1/2 hr later. When we arrived they said it would be 40 before they could see both of us at the same time. When we returned they canceled our appointments all together. This was very disappointing. After being a loyal memeber for 2 years I am cancelling. This is not a reliable establishment.

This Drybar is roomy. Has super friendly stylists and I've been happy with my hair every time. Give yourself time for parking, especially on the weekends.

I had surgery and it’s super hard to get in and out of the tub. I booked an appointment for a wash and braid and it was great. I highly recommend this place and may even buy a membership.

First time here and will definitely come back. I joined “the club.” $80 for 2 blow outs/month and $40 for each additional (normally $59) so felt like it was a good value.

Literally horrible. I asked the stylist if it was normal to leave the hair damp before styling and told him I wanted it smooth and soft….my ends weren’t dried so they are frizzy and poofy. He tried a braid twice and it looked literally horrible. Pieces were left uncurled. Horrible idea to do before an event or photos.

How are you supposed to get business if you don’t ever answer the phone? I called several times before my appointment to find out what services they can provide because I had to go to my graduation right after my appointment and wouldn’t have time to style my hair, but unfortunately I couldn’t get through and just had to take the risk. The shampoo was nice and my stylist was nice, but for choosing a pretty basic hairstyle I was not impressed with out cheap it looked and how messily it was done.Here I am again trying to call them because I bought the mini brush crush from them. Unfortunately with only one heat setting it does not heat up hot enough to actually straighten my hair. So I tried to call once again to see if I could exchange it for something else or get a refund and no one answers the phone or returns calls when a voicemail is left. I will not be returning to this place.Service: Hairstyling

I need a response from drybar My 10yrs old daughter and I have been your customers for a while now. We come in several times a month to get our hair washed and styled. I even signed up for your monthly membership as we come in so often. We have always been taken care of and most of your stylists know us. I have been sick with a cold so I made an appointment online for my daughter for last night at 7:15. I emphasized on 2 washes as her hair was very oily. My husband brought her in last night. First of all they couldn't find the appointment but they took her in anyway. My husband told them it's a wash and blow out. He stepped out and when he returned, the stylists had styled her very dirty long hair. My husband was very upset and told her that now we have to take her home right under the shower as her hair was not washed Why would you style oily dirty hair in the first place?!!!!!! They still charged us with a tip !!!!!!! How refreshing!!!!!! Is this what customer service at drybar looks like now, especially for a regular customer?!!!!!!! I called and they said Kiara was the name of the stylist. I need a call back from drybar ASAP

Absolutely terrible experience. Booked my first appointment online. I showed up for said appointment and they said the website had cancelled it 5 minutes later with no explanation. They offered nothing to accommodate the situation and extremely rude saying it wasn’t their fault. Very frustrating when you plan your day around an appointment that the website sends a notification for confirming the appointment.Service: Hairstyling
