oil change and alignment on the 2019 vette went perfect good people good service and in and out in under 3 hours. i live in Aurora and tried both gm dealers in my backyard and ended up making you guys my service center after several different experiences at other dealers that i didn't appreciate. Your my go to guys and earned it.

Normally I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. But my last few visits have been absolutely miserable. Made an appointment with a service advisor who sounded like I was bothering him, and needed to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and tire air sensor checked cause it wasn’t working. Well, he talks to me like he’s doing ten things and I’m the least important one, and after that visit, I ask what was wrong with the sensor, and he looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Asked me “what sensor?” Well turned out he didn’t jot that down and I had to make a NEW appointment for it. Called and checked on the correct time to make sure I wouldn’t miss it, HE NEVER MADE THE APPOINTMENT. I was furious, but they made it right by having the director call me, set me up with a guaranteed appointment, and a discount on services.
Fast forward to two months later, I now have that tire pressure light on again, granted this happened a few days after they “fixed” it, I just transitioned jobs and moved so I had no time to deal with their mistakes and it wasn’t a serious issue. I finally get the time to make the appointment, and when I arrive (early) I’m told it’s going to take a COUPLE HOURS. What the heck?! A couple hours for a sensor!? That’s ridiculous. I’m told the techs take their lunch at 12-1. Okay, that’s fine, they deserve it and they work hard. But why the absolute hell would you let me make an appointment at 12, when you KNOW there’s going to be an entire HOUR it’s just sitting there?! Took an hour and a half to get a quote for the fix, then another hour plus to get it fixed… I live in downtown Denver. I made the drive all the way down here for every service I needed (I’ve spent thousands here for regular maintenance and the like) because I appreciated the service and care. This has been the only dealership to touch my vehicle since I moved to Denver in 2020… I think it’s time to find a new one. And I will NOT be recommending this dealer ship to friends, family, or coworkers. Which I’ve done in the past, and they have gotten several repeat customers from my recommendation regarding the fantastic service (when there actually was any). I missed an appointment because of this, that I now have to reschedule and can only be done a month and a half from now. Because my appointment was for 3:30 in Denver, and I brought my car here at 12. I ASSUMED 3 hours would be PLENTY of time for such a small fix, and make sure I could have time for traffic. I was mistaken both by the quality of service, and capabilities apparently.
Planned to buy a brand new truck as well and had every plan to do it here. I will be taking all my business elsewhere, I advise you do to, for your own sanity.

We drive a ‘24 GMC Yukon, but we have had such positive experiences at Bozarth Chevy that we keep going back there. The GM dealer near us is horrible. We will not go there. We drive farther to go to Bozarth. This time it was for the big engine recall assessment. Their service team is excellent. They are friendly and they’re knowledgeable. It’s like having a service concierge when we go there. That always matters but when you drive a nice vehicle you love, you want to feel you’re handing it over to a service provider that cares and is competent. For a dealership, their prices for things like oil change and tire rotation are very reasonable. They always have appointments available quickly when I call, typically the next day or same week. They run on time. Their shuttle drivers are lovely people. They take me home and come back for me when it’s time to pick up our truck. They are earning my trust, and that IS saying something coming from me. They might be the only dealership we’ve ever found that truly understands how consistently providing very high quality service pays off for a business. We recommend them when someone needs Chevy, GMC, or Cadillac service. We run a luxury hospitality business and we do that with simple core values: honesty, respect, kindness and compassion, service excellence. They aren’t just words to us. Pretty sure Bozarth knows what we mean by that. Clearly they have a similar philosophy.

Miguel was great to work with - was the first salesman I spoke with as I started looking for a car, and after going to different dealerships, was happy that he was the final one to purchase from.
