1) I linked to their mortgage application through a home builder's website and kept getting a "No Results" message after submitting the application. No results? It doesn't even make sense. 2) They have been flooding Instagram with ads offering $200 if you open a checking/savings account with them, so, even though I had the bad experience with their mortgage application, I figured I would give it a try. After submitting the checking account application twice, I kept getting the message "We cannot process your application online, please call one of our Customer Service Representatives or visit one of our locations." (paraphrased). So, I called one of their representatives, and, after being put on hold, was told they did not have access to that kind of information and would I please visit one of their physical locations. I'll pass.

Took an HOUR of the agent up front to literally "chat" online with his mgr about processing a check from one of my other digital banks in an attempt to get a cashier's check to purchase a vehicle, only to DENY me given the amount & the fact that an all-digital bank was involved. Therefore, I couldn't make the trade and purchase tonight and have to take care of this tomorrow. They need to pick up the PHONE instead of "chatting" with management.

Today I walked in with a very stressful situation I was prepared for the worst news for, not only did they keep my account safe but also helped me in the best way!! The manager and Assistant Manager are absolutely so friendly!

My husband and I went to Ent Credit Union on Quebec St. where we were turned away from setting up a new account because they didn't have enough staff--although there were three employees and a completely empty office (as well as an completely empty parking lot). We were told to come back in 1 1/2 hours. If we couldn't wait, we were told we could go to the Lone Tree. So we did, and that employee could not set up our account because there was no staff. He said we could come back in 30 minutes. This was at 2:45 in the afternoon. If the staff in a bank cannot perform the basic service of setting up an account for a new customer, can you actually do things like underwrite a mortgage or provide a loan for a new car? Here's a suggestion--make appointments and value the time of your new customers. Genius right? Who in their right mind would turn way a prospective customer without taking down their name and apologizing for the loss of their time. I'd love to hear from the manager of either branch--it is crucial you have employees with better customer service skills--and you should be really disappointed in the poor service your employees gave us. But, given this experience and how you wasted my time, I would never do my banking at Ent Credit Union.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK. This is the 2nd time their ATM has STOLEN money from me. This time its in the hundreds. I'm still trying to dispute the first one. I can't get anywhere. I spoke with the manager and "there's nothing we can do" you just stole hundreds of dollars from me and there's nothing you can do. I will call a lawyer if they don't fix this.

I created a payment online. Then I was told there is no payment in there... oh get this agent on the phone can't see payment online so they tell you no. They tell you have to schedule it. I had ones in there but she telling me no. I called to dispute two charges two weeks ago. She didn't understand why two so she helped me then

ENT is one of the best credit unions I have ever worked with. Every branch I’ve ever been to has been great. Their staff genuinely cares. I called the card holder services today and spoke to Sabrina. She was so incredibly helpful and friendly! I’ve been a member for almost 8 years and even though there aren’t a lot of locations in Denver, I plan on staying with them simply because of their outstanding customer service.

To be honest, I'm not sure why this location exists. ENT could have just put an ATM here and saved themselves the cost of a location. I came in for a question regarding my auto loan and they had to call the service center and ask what they needed to do. While I was there waiting, a woman came in and was advised they do not handle checks or debit cards, but could use a video teller based out of the Springs to help. My final thing, every bank should always have a notary on staff every day. The fact that they require items to be notarized and don't have a notary... yet mandate it has to be notarized at an ENT location.. yeah, that makes sense and isn't inconvenient at all. One out of the three employees there today was polite. So there is the star of the review.

The staff at this ent was very helpful! They gave me suggestions for my account that I had not even thought of trying. Everyone is very friendly. It's really to have an ent in the tech center. This is going to be my branch of choice for the foreseeable future.
