Employees are VERY helpful & thorough. The facility is SUPER clean & well marked and easy to navigate. The young man noticed I was having trouble with the lock & came over to help me showing me some tips without me having to ask him!

We used the Extra Space Storage on Teddy Lane while we living in an apartment on Park Meadows Drive. We were happy with them and would rent again if we return to the area.
The location was convenient (just off Park Meadows and Kimmer). The roads leading in are wide and easy to move a large truck or van through.
We had a code to open the entry and exit gates. You have access between 7am and 7pm (be aware that you have to be off the grounds at 7pm). It was easy getting the moving van in - if you come in the west side of the lot there's a lot of room to turn a large truck. The exit is a straight shot, no tight turns. The post with the codebox was an awkward reach from the van. There's enough time, though, to enter the code, get back in the van, and get through the gate safely.
The loading dock is wide and high (14' plus). Three vans can fit in if no one's being a jerk. Having to enter the code to open the doors every time we entered was annoying; there's a sign about not blocking the doors open but we saw people that came prepared with tape to trip the sensors and keep them open. (They were kind of jerks about the parking, too.)
Once you're in, they have loading carts and smooth floors, so it's easy to get your stuff to the units. The halls have motion-activated lighting (and the lights stayed on while we were working in the unit, which is better than other places).
The place was clean and, for a storage unit, pleasant to work in.
Overall, a great experience. Brandon was helpful with getting us set up and getting us moved out, too. Prompt and took care of the details.
