Danielle was amazing. she helped me beyond my expectation. being a business owner and dealing with all the employees and customer needs trust me it can be so stressful. But this store I had 0 wait and she helped me with my project better than I had even tried. Such a nice person.

Came in with a large box to ship home. Jason was helpful and took the time to explain my options for shipping. Thank you for being patient with a person with a hearing disability. I'm glad he was there to help. The place was not busy but had at least 5 customers in the store. Came in around 6:40pm. on June 26th, 2023.

The customer service was terrible, went there to try to use printing machines to print out somthing but the machine had an error and couldn't open my docs so i turend to the couter, and the lady was in the back and saw me wating at the counter just pretending not see me and let me wating there but finally came to me. I expained the printing machines couldn't open my docs and tried to get help from her to see if she can help , but she said if the machines can't open your , i can't either and also said my drive was broken!!! How do you know my drive was broken there is nothing worng with my drive , she inserted my drive to her computer it can be open with no issues ! how embarrassing! I forgot her name but she was so rude to the customer! won't do any business at this location and aslo tell my all my friends don't go there!!!

Jeremy has terrible customer service. He stood in back. No one at counter. Came up front saw me waiting and arranged all tapes on wall. Finally asked me what I needed. I needed to email a FedEx slip to be printed. He gave me the email address. I needed shipping pouches and waited another 5 minutes for him to help me. No one else was in the store. I packaged all my envelopes and came back up to get the email FedEx slip I sent him and he says what do you need. I told him I emailed the slip. "Oh yah" he said. Just clearly doesn't have his head in the game and doesn't care about customer service.

Both of the shipping and the printing were outrageously expensive,. Also the guy at the counter (Dion) had no customer service skills, was rushing me through the sale and did not give any sort of quotes before proceeding to charge at the highest rate. Will absolutely not be returning. Could have gotten the same services at USPS for 1/100th of the price

I stood at the copy and print counter for 15 mins and not one employee acknowledged me. I walked out. They took care of all the ship and pack people but couldn't even say a word to at least let me know they were sorry or that someone would be with me shortly. One employee addressed the people that were waiting to ship but couldn't even look at me. Extreme rudeness! I understand short staffing but there is no excuse for at least acknowledging the customer. I will never come here again.

I'd forgotten about this, but I went here last year to make a top-quality copy of my Master's degree for my mother. The person who helped me was unfailingly helpful. We couldn't match the color of the diploma paper exactly, but they made four different copies before we found one that matched the most closely. I so appreciate their patience! It was also tricky to get the gold to show up. This time, I went to pick up a package that was supposedly "misaddressed." It was not, but whatever. Employees were still very helpful. They also have a huge selection of printing and shipping supplies, as well as cards.

Mailing a time sensitive package and the guy working couldn’t tell me if FEDEX had picked up that day or what time they typically pick up. He was not interested in helping to figure it out and was very rude. How are you a FEDEX location and not aware of when/ if your pickups happen?

James and the entire team at this location are truly the gold standard for customer service and satisfaction. My company and I had a large shipment that needed to have 500, 35+ page bound notebooks printed and bound. We also needed them to be shipped later that week to about 300+ people. James and his team handled our request with grace, poise and confidence. With such a big project we weren't sure what to expect. The quality of the notebooks were exceptional and turned around in a timely manner that not only satisfied my company and I but our client. Of course there was a minor hiccup with such a large project but James was quick to get me in touch with the correct people and even assisted me in getting in touch with them himself. This minor hiccup was remedied swiftly and I spent less than 10 minutes on it. Truly fantastic service by this team and office. I have this client needing various projects of this caliber and I will not trust anyone else other than him and his team moving forward. Excellent job! Thank you for all that you do

This location has plenty of parking, several push carts to transport items from your car. only problem is, the landing is far side of the front entrance and there are no parking nearby it. very inconvenient. Lately, I will just unload by the front door and park my car and get the cart. Very time consuming. This location is staffed well and most of the time, they are happy to help you.
