It isn’t surprising this branch has much better reviews than all others. Outstanding costumer service. Ciatrick, the young personal banker that was assigned to me was polite, polished, knowledgeable and flawlessly opened two relatively complex business land development accounts in a matter of 45 mins. More to come!

I want to give kudos to Valerie G. She helped me with a wire transfer today. She was kind, funny, professional, and very helpful.

The atm here is operational about half the time and it's been this ways for years. I've mentioned it before to First bank and it never changes. There's always a sign on it or the computer screen says unavailable Conveniently it's always when they're closed.

I have been an account holder since 2000 and my experience at the Lone Tree 1st bank on 6-23-21 was another example of why I bank here.Katelyn Castro was outstanding in printing out re-fi documents I needed and answered all my questions I had going above and beyond to make sure this transaction was complete. Thank you Katelyn and Thank you 1ST Bank

Absolutely unacceptable. My fiancé was in the first bank located at 9217 E. Lincoln Ave. Lone Tree, CO 80124 about 45 minutes ago at 11:30-45 today (06/16/21) which should have been a pleasant and easy experience. Unfortunately she was "helped" by a teller who was rude and clearly annoyed and inconvenienced by her. She did not get her name but do know it was "teller number 5." The manner and tone in which the teller spoke to her was inexcusable for anyone working within the financial, hospitality, or any industry deals with guests. The money in which to be deposited was organized so that if there was any discrepancy they could see for which day and make appropriate adjustments. Teller 5 already upset, scoffed and let her know they were using "sticky notes" today and jumbled the money all together. When counted and came up 5 dollars short, there was now no way of knowing for which day for our records and knowledge of where to account this for. I know that this may not seem like a crucial amount of money, but coming from both a restaurant and financial background, organization and accountability is crucial. In the end, it is not the placement of the money which is upsetting but the actions and lack of courtesy of the employee. My fiancé is a very happy and positive person who gives everyone the benefit of the doubt. We both know that everyone has off days but this was not okay. An employee whos job is to assist the public with their financial needs and requirements should not be acting like an upset teenager who is not getting their way or having a bad day. Needless to say we will not be banking with this institution from here on and will not be able to advise others to do so as well. There are plenty of options in which customers can be treated decently, and even on a "bad day, " not let it interfere with their customers and professionalism.

First Bank Fraud depart declined a deposit with no call,, email....My branch then CLOSED my business account after the deemed a deposit fraudulent because they had "Not ever seen a check from the instatution" which happen to be a College in California. There was no email, notice, or message. The bank manager Becca Fontana, said she tried to call and there was no voice mail... How convenient! I didn't know the account was closed until I couldn't login.Guess that what you get with a Rinky-dink bank.I will be filling a complaint with the Federal Reserve complaint department.

I was out I my van to head to another hot group of sweaty people. Or there outside where it’s cooler?A Man name Aaron Johnson came out to my van and handled correcting my No fees , no minimum , no annual , and maybe one other No something features I missed.. I opened the account online with the offer of a deposit of $ 300.00 put into account some day soon For funds held in bank for certain time . I guess I had the NO Bank account member package . But in a flash. Sir Aaron Johnson serving at the Lone tree branchHe got er done in about 20 minutes .Thanks for you great service .
