Staffs are friendly , The store is well organized , however They don't give hangers out which should be part of customer service.

Well, at least the fast fashion items weren't in the floor this time. That said, things are so crammed on racks that is miserable. Horrible size selection. Can't get a receipt without giving an email... already received 3 emails in only 14hrs.
Fitting rooms have no benches but good staff in there at least.
Racks are highly disorganized with items crammed on any rack throughout the store.
Quality of clothes is meh, but that's not why you go to this store.

Teenager at the register needs to check her attitude and pull back on how pushy she’s being. As someone who also works at the mall I understand meeting KPIs and all that, but not at the expense of bullying your customers into it

I stopped in today. The store was very organized Great service from who was running the fitting room super kind loved The outfit and the cashier Edward was super friendly, loved his energy needs a raise, will come back again

I usually don't have high expectations with forever 21 but this location in particular was EXTREMELY disgusting. it seemed like the employees do nothing to clean or organize the store. the fitting rooms especially were loaded with dust and grime. If anyone who works there sees this review, please please take a broom and mop to your floors.

Return policy BLOWS. $50 worth of clothes with tags still on them and the Karen’s wouldn’t take the items back. That don’t work for me, so I’ll be figuring out how to get my refund another way. Thanks!

I try to avoid shopping in this location as it always feels disorganized and the employees never seem to want to help find anything. Today Angel (who told me that it was only their 3rd day) took the time to help me find the shirt I was looking for. If it weren't for Angel I would have given 1 star for my experience in this store. I work in retail management and really appreciate the time Angel took with me.

Went in for sale. Items were marked incorrectly tried to use 21% student ID discount she wouldn't let me use it but immediately she allowed the lady behind me she did allow. Very upset and felt I was treated unfairly. Discrimination to the fullest. I know they're young girls, but we should all be treated equally. Never coming to this location again unfortunately

Nasty manager. Clearly takes returns personally. I literally had a receipt and she still gave me a bad attitude. Never really liked forever 21 and decided to give it another go but clearly that was a big mistake. Seems like customer service is a thing of the past.

I love Forevermore and always have but recently I've had so many issues with exchanging even with receipts BUT NOT HERE. Cindy was so nice she gave me no issues and was so polite and professional. This one is huge so it has so much stuff and it's amazingly organized. Thank you Cindy for making me a happy customer

One girl at the register was mugging everyone in line. When asked if she was the only one working she replies "well obviously. Do you see anyone else up here" garbage employees- learn what customer service means or don't come to work with a b**** y attitude
