I went in to get a smaller size on a pair of pants from an online order that was too big and long. The manager Maddy told me they were damaged and non refundable. I was wearing a real fur jacket and it left a few sprinkles on the pants. She also pointed out a small spot with dust. Accusing me of trying to exchange a damaged item that I simply tried on was frustrating and frankly snotty the way she went about it. There was nothing “damaged” about them. For there to be no grace from FP for online orders that people try on at home with light debris that can be easily brushed off to exchange for another size is perplexing to me. After pleading my case and sitting on the phone with customer service because the manager refused to do her job by helping me she finally allowed another employee to returned them. Why the fight? How do you expect to have return customers when you’re overly critical and have no service ethics. There are so many places for people to spend their money these days with the price point of the FP brand and the declining quality paired with rude customer service not a good look.

Amazing April! April is the manager at the park meadows location and she is awesome at her job. We were promptly greeted and assisted by her with the utmost professionalism, pleasantness, and appreciation as her customers. Thank you April!

Did not know this Free People store was at Park Meadows so I'm super happy about that! Cute clothes and sizing options but lacking some pieces that I saw online that I was hoping to try on/pick up (I guess I like the popular things that are sold out everywhere ?). Found some cute barrel jeans, but wish they would carry more colors. Will definitely be back.

Free people is one of my favorite stores to shop at. Not only do I go to the store and purchase clothes and other items I order online. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Thank you for all the love and kindness you give to people. You make everyone day brighter

While shopping here, I was never greeted by any employees, nor spoken to at any point (there may have been 2 other customers) including an employee who was trying on accessories and looking at herself in the mirror…what has happened to customer service?! If I wanted horrible customer service I would shop at Zara.
