The staff at this one is so consistently knowledgeable and nice that I prefer driving the extra distance to it over going to the one closer to my home.

I confronted the clerk Dave about Plate Up! on the Nintendo Switch (a physical copy marked NEW) giving me a clearly used box. The box had a gouge in it, a clear sign of it being opened from its seal. He claimed the product was "unused" but the label does not say "UNUSED" it reads "NEW." I could just order the product online.

Cameron is very nice and super helpful. Often he is the only one there. Even when he's overwhelmed with customers his attitude is always positive!

The guy working November 28, 2023 around 4 pm was so great! He was nice enough to postpone his lunch by a few minutes to help me with my online pickup. Super friendly and welcoming! I definitely will be back to shop with him again when he and I both have more time.

Shout-out to Cameron! Really helpful cool guy with a good head on his shoulders. He helped us out with a mountain of trade-ins last time we were there, but he's usually the associate working when we go in and it's always been a nice experience. He did shout-out his store manager for keeping the place together so kudos to the store manager as well!

I've been to damn near every Gamestop in Denver but this one stood out for one reason, Dave. This guy greets you as soon as you walk in. It isn't overwhelming or boisterous. It's welcoming and warm. He offers to help and then leaves you to your own devices. I quickly snapped up an Orange joycon because I like customizing them and got a Steam gift card for good measure. The whole visit was a memorable one because this guy knows when to talk and when to lay off. Not everyone is good at reading people. He's a solid store lead and I would recommend anyone in the area to go here just to chat with him. Spend a couple bucks too, Gamestops are still a great brick and mortar choice. You know the ups and downs of retail but if these guys go the way of the dodo, we all lose.
