5 yr old checked in and went to the restroom, when we came out we were canceled and put back in the queue. We will not be back, the manager Tanya doesn’t value your time at all.

I have been hesitating on writing this review but feel I need to. Last Thursday I went to this Great Clips to get a basic trim with a few long layers added in. I made it clear that I’ve been growing my hair out and just wanted to trim off the split ends. Not only did she cut about 4 inches off my length, but she gave me bangs. She didn’t ask any questions along the way and just started cutting away. For the last 4 years I’ve gone to a Cost Cutters in Colorado Springs and asked for just a trim and that’s exactly what I get. I literally asked for the most basic hair cut and now I can’t even wear my hair down without this hunk of bangs which is cut all unevenly falling into my face. I will never go back to this Great Clips as I can’t even get a trim without walking out with not just short hair, but short hair that can’t be fixed. I literally am now in a waiting game for my hair to grow out so I can at least pull it back for the summer months. I cannot stress enough not to go to this Great Clips.

Michelle was fantastic! I have been to lots of quick cut places and she was one of the best. Friendly and mostly didn't feel like she was rushing to get me out. Quick and also detailed. I will be back to see her again.

What is the point in having mirrors if the lady cutting your hair spins the chair so you’re facing the aisle? I didn’t see how she was cutting it once, I kept having to turn my head to make sure it was how I wanted it.
Then at the end, when finally I saw it, it was bad! I didn’t say anything because I just wanted to get out of there.
Note to all hairdressers at great clips, the customer wants to see how you’re cutting their hair, but watch someone else getting their hair cut!

I recently took my son for a haircut, as he has very long hair. Before his birthday, we had it trimmed by about an inch, and everything seemed fine. They even offered to have us come back for any adjustments if needed. However, when we returned two weeks later to shorten it a bit more, we were disappointed. The haircut was uneven and messy, leaving his hair looking unkempt.I cannot recommend this salon, especially for those with long hair. We ended up spending $50 plus in 2 visits within 15 days.
Thankfully, we went to the Castle Pines location today, where they fixed the haircut for free.
