Buyer beware!! I bought my daughter a w\d and refrigerator for her new home. Delivery was scheduled. They never showed. Now they say another two weeks before they can be delivered!!!!
The appliance manager stated that Home Depot has no responsibility once the appliances are purchased!! So take the money and run is their Motto!! Go some where else!

Another amazing local home depot. Everyone is always extremely helpful and friendly. A nice gentleman by the name of Harrison went out of his way to help me load plywood sheets onto my cart, even though I didn't ask for assistance he made it known that he was there to help.

The greeting people here are so nice ! Offered everyone walking in a cart and help finding whatever they’re looking for.

I've never seen a manager apologize so publicly and profusely for the behavior of his staff. I actually felt bad for him. Didn't feel bad for the staff though. They're horrific.

Horrible experience buying counter tops from Home Depot! Don't be lured in by the seemingly good price. They do not stand by product or workmanship.

It’s a little out of my way to go to this location but so worth it for one thing: Justin! He’s this 6’7, built like a brick house, teddy bear that covers everything as far as I know. Last time I was in the neighborhood he muscled some heavy wood out to my car for me for a project I’ve been working on and made sure everything was strapped down correctly before the ride home. If there is one man who deserves some recognition at a job he excels at, it’s Justin N. If there’s anyone in corporate land reading these reviews let Justin know he’s appreciated and seen A LOT.

Needed full and half length 6" and 8" cinder blocks for a basement vault project, and this store had them in stock unlike most others. Only took 5 minutes to get a pallet down from an upper shelf, I was checked out quickly and got help right away loading about 3,000 lbs of blocks in my trailer. Even got 10% military discount on them. A good experience overall.

Friendly staff and a good place to fill your hardware needs. Some staff does need more training. Had to ask a couple of people to help me find what I was looking for.

Yesterday I pulled $50 cash on my purchase in the self checkout line. Completely spaced it. Woke up this morning and went back in the small chance it was found. The controller was out for the weekend so I left Rene my info and time of transaction. Bob just called me (2 hours later) and said that they caught it and asked if I can come pick it up.Wow. Thank you.

Joe in the appliance center is fantastic! He gave valuable advice but also respected what we were hoping for in design, budget, and size. The whole affair was a breeze and the delivery company they use is great too! Thanks, Joe!

What started out as a good experience turned into a terrible one once a problem was encountered. We stopped in to look at snowblowers as ours had kicked the bucket and was not worth the cost of repair.Settled on Toro Model 824 and was told that the one they had out was the last one available. They said that they could do free delivery on it which sounded great, as I don't have a suitable vehicle for transporting a snow blower.I got a call the next day from someone at the store who told us that they'd completed adjustment on the price of the item to reflect the free delivery and she mentioned it showed it had been delivered. Really? I looked out my front door and it was sitting there. $900 snow blower sitting on my driveway, they had not even rang the doorbell. Could have easily been stolen. Additionally this didn't give me the opportunity to look it over and make sure it started.I put fuel in it, made sure oil was in it, and started it. The snowblower would only go backwards when in the forward gears. I adjusted the linkage rod and clearly it had not been installed properly, it is supposed to go on with the gear selector in the R2 position. When I took it apart to install it correctly it would not fit, the part is either wrong or there is some other assembly issue with the unit.My wife called the store to find out what they could do to resolve the issue. They said we could transport it to the store for a refund, or we could take it to Toro for service, but they couldn't let us exchange the problem part if that turned out to be the issue.Having worked in customer service for years I was getting frustrated. There's a simple fix in this situation. Get another unit, swap it out by bringing the new one to the customer after making sure it works and then take the problem unit away and let the store handle it from there. The person who was the lawn/garden supervisor refused to do this and also refused to let me speak to the store GM, who I think I would have been able to persuade to take care of us considering our nearly $1K purchase.Instead we were given terrible options that involved a lot of additional inconvenience on a brand new purchase. This supervisor also insisted that the items ship completely assembled from Toro and it was the manufacturer's fault if it didn't work. While this is possible, it is clear from Toro's own assembly videos that the unit does not "ship assembled" as the part we had a problem with is clearly shown needing to be installed as part of the initial assembly. She also kept talking over me and insisting that she was offering totally acceptable solutions when clearly what we were asking for was not unreasonable... just put a new unit you have together and get it delivered and take the other one away!!Overall very frustrated. $900 spent and now have to call the manufacturer on Monday to see what the options are. Meanwhile I have a $900 boat anchor sitting in my garage that can't be used for the intended job and a store that just seriously doesn't seem to care whether customers are being taken care of or not.I've had good experiences at other area HD stores in the area so I would just avoid this one. Our experience was good with the general CS employees right up until we had an issue, then the service was terrible.

The $12.95 shop lights carried by HD are defective. I tried two in 24 hour both failed to light after plugging in. I told the clerk that took back the second one that that they should take them off the shelves, he said are you working with an electrician? I said no you put bulbs in and plug them in. I even checked the new bulbs in my older one. They work fine. I did this twice and used 2 outlets!
