Pathetic inventory management!
No aluminum gutters, they only had the short-life vinyl junk. I had to drive another 30 minutes to buy from the other store, or pay 20% more at Lowes, which is $200 more if you spent $1k in gutters.

This Home Depot store in Lone Tree failed to activate a $500 gift card given to a person who lives in another State, and according to Customer Care, it can't be activated online, over the phone, or even at a different Home Depot.
Home Depot is a nationwide, online company and you people need to figure out which century you're in. Very upset.

A big shout out to Russel L. for his GREAT customer service!! I had an outdoor water drainage issue that needed a solution. Russell listened closely, offered expert advice and guidance, was willing to think outside the box with me, and came up with the perfect solution. He turned a frustrating issue — way out of my comfort zone — into a successful solution I could handle. Thank you!!

Worse rental experience I had ever dealt with. In short, they last minute canceled my rental truck because they booked it to someone else who walked in the store. I asked for additional options, the lady at the desk says "sorry" and hangs up, I ring again and I am forwarded to the manager asking for what are additional options... he mentions he will look into it and call back and I never heard back from him.
Was never rude at any point, as I have worked retail and been in those shoes. I was acting in urgency because I had to move all my apartment that weekend, and now the truck reservation had been canceled on me...

The Aiken store is fantastic. Just make sure that you do a online search as they're so popular, many of the most common things can be out of stock. So it's better to check your phone before you search the store ?

Have been using this store for complete remodel this winter. The staff seems to be top of the line.
Just had to do return and the young Lady in returns was incredible. ( Very unusual)
Actually saw her pushing water heater to the back of store between customers.
Still have the issue sometimes of seeing you and go the other way.( But better than most)

I don't know if it was because of racism but I had a bad experience in this store. I went to buy two lamps for the closet and since one of the boxes was open, I asked an assistant to help me and the surprise I got was that this man (Darrel) accused me of having opened the box. I told him that I hadn't done it and that if he wanted we could check the cameras. He didn't want to go but he mockingly insisted that he saw me open the box. I asked him to verify and insisted on talking to the manager. She apologized and gave us a discount on both lamps. I was surprised to see that Home Depot was trying to silence me from making this comment, but I cannot ignore what I consider to be racist treatment by this salesperson.

I have not paid attention to their staff, sometimes I cannot communicate with them, the English struggled a little, and now we know the answer is ok. If there is a way without offending, of course, some staff will carry 1 badge saying "I can help you with something. I spoke Spanish." Thank you very much in advance for your attention.
