I have not paid attention to their staff, sometimes I cannot communicate with them, the English struggled a little, and now we know the answer is ok. If there is a way without offending, of course, some staff will carry 1 badge saying "I can help you with something. I spoke Spanish." Thank you very much in advance for your attention.

Never purchase an extended warranty from this place! It is a scam! They make it impossible to connect with a person to make an appointment and when you do get appointment they have to order parts which they are not sure if they will fix the problem. I'm going on 3 weeks without a washing machine! They are slow to help and quick to take your money! DISAPPOINTED

Hey, this store is pretty good. I wanted to say there is a dude Jon on the floor that is amazing and went way out of his way to make sure I got a product that was 30 feet up stored on a pallet. Thanks Jon. The 4/5 stars was due to a manager not helping me get the product.

Called ahead to make sure correct staff was there to order blinds before I drove down there. I was very specific, "I have 1 set of broken Hunter Douglas shades I want to bring in and have ordered. I know you probably do not stock them, I just wanted to make sure someone is there to help me place this order."I was told, "Michael is here all day, come on in."I come in with my set of shades and told the only way to purchase a replacement is to schedule someone to come out and measure. They refused to order replacement shades that were purchased through Home Depot.

We decided to go through Home Depot professional services for a bathroom remodel. Home Depot advised us to have the new vanity installed prior to the flooring, so we did that. When the "flooring professionals" arrived, they refused to install the floor because the vanity was in. They also claimed there was mold and water damage, which was not accurate. Even though they didn't do any work, we had to pay them - through Home Depot - $150 for just showing up. When I spoke with Home Depot I told them that they should be responsible for that $150 because of their directions to us. Of course, they didn't think that so we were stuck with that cost. My caution to everyone is to not use the Home Depot professional services ever. Hire your own contractor and just purchase what you need at Home Depot. The contractors they work with are only interested in the money and not doing a good job. We did get our own contractor to finish up the bathroom remodel, but then it was delayed, leaving us without a working bathroom for over one week.

Purchased a freezer from them and they rescheduled delivery on me 4 times. Finally canceled the order and ordered from Lowe’s. Received my new freezer in a week. Still battling Home Depot on my refund. Just go to Lowe’s.

I would give zero stars if I could. We bought washer/ dryer set almost 5 years ago. We also bought the 5 year protection plan in this. The washer lid corner piece broke and now they are saying it physical damage. Ah no! It’s wear and tear. Do not get the protection plan. It’s a waste of money since they will not fix it. I will never buy from here again.

I typically go here for most tools, appliances, etc. but please enforce a strict no solicitation policy— so many people lurk and try to pitch their MLM schemes at this location. It’s so annoying.
