This is by far one of the worst apartment experiences I have ever had and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Management was perfectly pleasant up until the moment I moved in and then everything changed. The shower drain was backed up on day one and instead of fixing it professionally, maintenance dragged their filthy equipment across my bathroom, dumped it on my vanity, and pushed it around my personal items including my toothbrush. When I brought this to management (Mackenzie), she cut me off, asked if I was “done,” and insisted their maintenance team had never caused issues even though two of those same people were fired a week later which clearly shows I was not the only one complaining. Things only got worse. I had to move out after just two months because the hallway cleaning chemicals triggered a severe upper respiratory reaction documented by doctors and hospital records, and management still ignored it and charged me a lease break fee. The parking garage door was broken almost the entire time I lived there and they repeatedly delayed fixing it, creating a massive safety hazard by allowing anyone off the street to walk directly into the building. Neighbors told me there were gunshots inside the building and multiple cars had been stolen from the garage due to the never secured gate. Residents constantly used the pool for drunken and inappropriate behavior including sexual activity and management had to shut it down frequently for biohazard cleaning. They also incentivize residents to leave five star reviews with a monthly gift card raffle that never actually happens, so do not trust any of the positive reviews on here. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to avoid this property at all costs.

The worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. I can hear every foot step from the person above me and out in the hallway. Hot water wasn't working for weeks when I moved in. Kitchen and bathroom sinks both slightly clogged. Do not move here rent should be 1000$ the place is made out of cardboard.

I've been here three years and have deeply appreciated how responsive the staff are. Every time I have a question, Mackenzie responds quickly and with helpful information. The few times I have requested maintenance, the staff responded same day and sometimes within a few minutes to address the issue.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank IMT and particularly Jasmine in the front office—she was truly amazing. From the moment we spoke, she was so kind and welcoming. My partner and I had a few questions, but she took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely at ease. I highly recommend IMT RidgeGate. Mackenzie made moving in a breeze. The maintenance department is friendly and very efficient. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

We recently moved in and absolutely LOVE our new apartment. There were a few issues but the maintenance team (Juan & Aaron) took care of them immediately and everything is perfect now. Natasha the leasing agent was very friendly and did an excellent job with the leasing side of things. She was extremely professional and helpful assisting us with all our move in questions. We love the amenities here as well, it feels like a resort and they offer monthly resident gatherings too. We high recommend checking this complex out if you are in search of a great place to live in Lone Tree.

I was a walk in one afternoon. Natasha was able to stop what she was doing and give me a tour. I appreciated all the time she took with me. I now call IMT at Ridgegate home. They continue to answer all my questions promptly and with a smile.

We moved in recently and the maintenance team has been fantastic with communicating updates and getting us a new washer. The community has events going on regularly and I feel safe in the neighborhood.

Living at IMT Ridgegate has been the best apartment-living experience I’ve ever had, thanks in large part to Mackenzie and the incredible leasing office staff. From the moment I signed my lease, Mackenzie made the process seamless and has always been available to answer any questions I've had along the way. The entire team truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and supported.
The complex itself is fantastic, with amenities that make it feel like you’re at home, yet living on vacation! :D I'm excited to continue living here and enjoying everything this community has to offer.
