I love JJILL products but I’ve recently had two negative experiences with the associates at the store. On two different days I came in to make purchases and the same associate was frazzled, didn’t give me any confidence that my order that I was placing to be shipped to me will ever come, and had all sorts of issues figuring out the system. The manager was nowhere to be found and there was a big line forming behind me which made me very apprehensive because everyone was waiting for me and probably getting annoyed with how long my order was taking. (I was buying a few items in the store and ordering a couple of items online since the store didn’t have the sizes). The associate made exactly the same mistake she made the first day I came in and the manager finally was found and showed her how to do it. It literally took them close to 25 min to check me out!! I will be shopping online for most of my purchases in the future as I have not had good experiences at this location. I still have not received the order placed at the store - and no tracking information is available online. Will have to call customer service tomorrow.

This store has recently reopened, it used to be inside the mall and is now outside near the Park Meadows Vistas. The store is clean and pretty nice- their clothes are okay, nothing to write home about. I'm rating 1 star based on two negatives. First, the price for a lot of the items they sell is genuinely ridiculous. I completely understand that shopping in the mall is typically expensive but their prices weren't reasonable especially since a lot of their clothing looked the same. However, the main issue I had was the people working there following me around the store. I had been looking forward to stopping by this store since I work in the mall and saw when they reopened. They greeted me as I walked in and I politely said I wasn't looking for anything in particular. I started browsing in the front of the store when I noticed one of the ladies was suddenly stocking the table right next to where I was browsing. No matter, I walked diagonally to the other side of the store near the back as to not disrupt them. Literally no more than 30 seconds later the same person was messing with the hangars behind me. I moved one more time to a different section and once again was greeted by one of the employees. The store isn't that small and there were only 2 people there, who were deep in conversation when I initially arrived. I'm not sure why they chose to keep tabs on me, I was dressed in my work uniform with a name tag so I didn't look suspicious. I genuinely hope they weren't racially profiling me but I know I'll be avoiding this store in the future.

One of the larger, prettier J. Jill stores. There is high employee turnover, but right now the associates are very nice and helpful.
I love J. Jill colors and fabrics and shirt lengths (which are longer than most other stores).

The last several times I have gone in this store, no one ever greets me or asks if they can help in any way. Most of the time there are maybe 1 or 2 clients in the store so they are not busy, and sometimes no one else is in the store. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in a store! I walk out without buying anything for this reaso. The staff is at the register visiting with each other.

Worse service I ever received. The women there are more worried about bashing another sale associate. I will order online from now on. At least you don't have to put up with mean old women! They need nice people here who care or at least pretend to care about customer service!!!!

Pet peeve but not once was I greeted or asked if I needed help. 2 sales people in the store walking all around me and never said “boo “ nobody else in the store.I’ll find another JJill.

Sales people not friendly. They were annoyed I asked for a different size. Yelled out the size when handing it to me. First time I have ever been to a J.Jill and not made a purchase. Wish they had left the Cherry Creek location open and closed this one.
