The store needs more employees but the ones they have are nice. The merchandise is of good quality and prices. Was able to walk right in and get what I needed.

I try to shop at a brick and mortar first before ordering online. However, Most stores aren't holding a lot of inventory so it can be rough. Hang in there! JCPenney's.

This is s good time to enjoy some great deals. While the selection is dwindling, there's still plenty to choose from. The store & dressing rooms are clean, and the staff is helpful.

No customer service. I don't remember JCPenny's being so trashy with a poor selection of clothing.It's like they intentionally put out cheap stuff so if things are stolen, it doesn't matter. It's kind of sad.I wasn't impressed but I did find a blouse so 3 stars are appropriate.

1st employee was rude; but the lady at Pick up was polite and friendly, although the store was dirty, I'll continue to shop Penny's using only "curbside".

I never actually get to shop here because the ladies are so rude to me the second I walk in because I carry a backpack so they automatically assume I'm up to no good I'm guessing. They're extremely rude and make me feel so uncomfortable that I don't ever end up staying there and I turn around disappointed every time

I swear to you, one of my best friends has a secret love affair with this place and I never understood why until now. The quality for the prices and the dynamic staff are an experience. Not to mention, its a legit department store and in our instant gratification world, it's rare to walk 3 levels of the same freaking place. We went to the men's section because he is a he and also men's clothes are just better, generally. I found an outstanding blazer on massive sale, a ridiculous shirt (which I definitely bought) and some obnoxiously bright pants to complement my new shirt. I've always wanted a blazer and he found multiple items that he makes look fabulous. Yes, they are q little more expensive but if you're willing to shop the rack and go with a dear friend, it's great fun. There were two employees that were polar opposite which only made it more entertaining because one lady was the most stern woman I've ever seen and the other girl thought I was hilarious. It seemed like her first job and she handled customer complaints beautifully, even though we stood in line forever behind the angry customer but she left happy, and so did we!

Got to this store at 9:50am. Doors are locked. The door says store opens at 10am. So I go back to my car. Waited/wasted 20mins. Go back to the door, (Now 10:10) and it's still locked... so I call to find out what the hours are. They're currently quoting Christmas hours. It's February.... so then I tried the operator. Doesn't work. Tried every single extension they offer - no answer. Literally wasted 30 mins of my time.

I shopped at this JC Penney's store to find some new clothing and household items. I noticed right away there is less inventory in the store - which may be due to the COVID restrictions keeping customers at home. I did find a couple shirts but the selection was less than I have experienced before. I tried finding some household items like towels and a new shower curtain but didn't see the colors I wanted. There is a lot of empty floor space between the merchandise in this area - it's quite noticeable. I had to walk around a bit to find a cash register. Fortunately the store was not busy because there are very few cashiers anymore (they used to have them in every department). Everything rang up with the correct price and the clerk was courteous. Overall is was an OK experience but the store looks a bit dated and tired.

I purchased blinds with a lifetime warranty. On Feb I9 scheduled an appointment to have a few blinds evaluated and/or taken in for repair. At that time I paid $85 for pickup and installation. A few weeks later 2 blinds were taken. I had 2 others evaluated but JCP man decided they were not in need of repair. A few weeks later, those two did fail to work properly. The man took the 2 blinds but didn't send them to "repair" until I called 2 wks later and inquired about them. Blinds were delivered 5wks later. I scheduled 2 installation appointments, both were cancelled by JCP. Left several messages for Laura, which were never returned. Never heard from JCP until I got a letter JCP claiming bankruptcy. I called today, 3 times. First call, a woman answered and I asked her her name. The call was ended. I called again, thinking it was a mistake. The same woman/Caroline answered, didn't apologize, we spoke a bit about the blind situation. She told me installers had been working since Aug; yet I was never contacted. I asked her what JCP could do to help me. The line went dead, again. I waited 20 minutes before calling a third time. (I know Caroline had both my phone #s.) Caroline answered, I said, "hello Caroline this is T..M..". The line went dead for a third time. Unbelievable. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. JC Penny has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Last year my daughter came with her 8 month old baby and we went to the portrait studio in JC Penneys at the Park Meadows mall. The portraits were excellent, we were super pleased. This year, when they came to visit I could not get an appointment for portraits. I spoke with Nicole in the portrait studio and explained the situation. My daughter lives in Alaska, and we had not seen her or the baby for a year. We had gathered great grandma, grandma, mom+sister and the 1 year old for photos but there were literally no appointments available until after my daughter left. Nicole had an appointment she had made to get portraits of her own daughter and she generously allowed us to have her appointment! The day came and the 1 year old was having a tough time. There were tantrums and howling and all kinds of fury, but the photographer Katie (with a bit of help from Nicole) managed to get some gorgeous images. Great job-we are definitely impressed with this photo studio. Thank you!!

Love this place. They have great buyer imo. Everything they have is good. Like the COSTCO of mall shopping
