The associates here are the absolute rudest of any department store I've gone into. I approached a couple salespeople asking for assistance and not only were they dismissive and wouldn't help at all, but as I was walking up they were crudely imitating a Latino customer they'd apparently dealt with earlier who had problems with the language barrier. This place is a pockmark on an otherwise fantastic mall; they need an anchor store that actually keeps mall hours anyway. I do not recommend visiting this store.

I had an amazing experience today I'm so obsessed with Jcpenneys and the customer service is top notch the workers are very friendly, and knowledgeable. Today I went to the makeup session and Autumn and the other associates were amazing I was greeted and helped right away which I love. They helped me find everything I needed and Autumn who checked me out is a sweetheart she was very friendly and kept a smile on her face. She made my shopping experience smooth. Plus I have a JCPenney credit card which I do get rewards and coupons who doesn't love free coupons… thank you Autumn for making my day amazing ??

Salon is a great place. I needed a haircut and beard trim, and I have always been hesitant for new people to do that. I was originally going to have Angela do my hair. She convinced me to have Heather cut my hair and trim my beard and let me tell Heather did an amazing and now every time I need a haircut and beard trim I always see Heather. She is great!!! Heather and all the salon employees always recommend great hair and beard products as well. Keep up the good work, salon!!!!

The photo studio is terrible. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. One staff member kept coughing while waiting on customers and did not even bother to cover her mouth. Waited at least 30 -40 minutes after set appointment time. Not good with a 18 month child. Photographers do not know how to accommodate for or treat young children. The props were old and the minimal selections for the background were very generic. The few photos we did get were just ok. It was a terrible experience with poor customer service.

I haven’t been to a JCPenny in years, but I was blown away by the customer service AND the pricing. Each of these exceeded my expectations! I walked into the store and the first employee proactively asked me if he could help me find what I needed. He was knowledgeable and kind. I spoke with two additional folks at the cash registers - each amazingly kind as well. They were also effective and extraordinarily helpful in my shopping. Truly, I cannot believe the store has this many exceptional people working for them when it is so hard for other employers, to find good, reliable workers. Good for you, JCPenney!! And then the pricing was better than online and competitors! Debbie was the gal that helped me with a curtain rod selection. Unfortunately I did not catch the names of the other folks.
