Was in this store on Feb 17th at 2:25 at the Lone Tree one and let me tell you. These 2 girls were the only ones working and they kicked ass!!!!!. How does the manager Josh only schedule 2 employees on a holiday??? It was crazy busy and they did a great job.They held it down and still had to do inventory???!!! WTH???
So Josh get it together and manager better ...

MAKE SURE THAT YOUR SHOES ARE NOT BROKEN BEFORE PURCHASING SINCE THEY WILL NOT REIMBURESED YOU EVEN WHEN THEY ARE WRONG.
I went at Park Meadows CO with my best friend to buy a pair of Birkenstock and the last pair that they had was on display but since my friend really wanted I purchased it.
She wore the shoes to leave the store and as soon as we walk out the store the shoe broke. As the result we went back in to try to get a different pair but they did not have any .
I asked to be reimbursed and they did not want to do that because it was against the store policy .
When I asked to look for the store policy they did not had any to show us. We are talking about a German shoe here that is not cheap it should not break that easily.
The shoes that broke was the one on display which apparently is also against policy to sell it to customer but they did not have any problem to take my money.
I also asked for a gift certificate from the store and they did not want to give me any.
As soon as we pointed out their inconsistency they called the security like we where criminals when all we wanted was to buy a pair of shoe .
The sole option was to drive to another store that was 1 hour away from us. We went to the store and the sale representative in this store told us that it was clearly not a new pair of shoes since the box was damaged and the Birkenstock looked like it was also bent and that was the reason for breaking.

Salesperson #553220 was great, wish I got her name. She was very knowledgeable about her store and shoes, was very helpful with sizing and overall friendly.

I wish I could give more stars for customer service and kindness! I believe the woman helping us was the manager and she had dark hair and tattoos. We went in to get my son’s first pair of shoes for his physical therapy yesterday. He has special needs, and from the moment we walked in, she took such wonderful care of us and him. I definitely did not expect such an amazing experience at a shoe store in a mall, but my husband and I have been talking about it since we left. We will likely go back to this store specifically because of her. Please give this woman a giant raise! Thank you for brightening our day!

Can’t believe I’m reviewing a shoe store but here I am - I was visiting from out of town and needed snow boots. Skylee pointed me in the right direction with a pair of Docs to start out with. Skyler was super helpful, and bonus points for showing a sale item as well! There was someone else when I went in but I cannot recall their name - very pleasant shopping experience

We worked with Skylee Romero with Team 1203 while we were here. She was amazing at her job! She was extremely knowledgeable about how shoe shape and foot shape worked together to help find a great fit. She knew her product and you could tell she loved her job. She was so friendly and was a joy to work with.

Needed a gift and visited Journeys at Park Meadows Mall yesterday December 14th. I'm giving this location a 5 Star ? review fornits customer service and selections. I also wanted to extend a wonderful shout out to Skylee and giving her 100 ? ? ? and her crew. Skylee had a very rare characteristic of being kind, understanding and personable in the world of retail.

Stopped in last minute, and the manager named Paul at store number 1203 made us feel like we had a reservation! he was so helpful with getting us what we were looking for , such an awesome guy… Give this man a raise! Clearly loves his job!

This quite literally might be the worst Jounerys in Denver. The workers are EXTREMELY pushy and by workers…I mean Skyler specifically. I’ve been to this location like 5 times and every single time, Skyler is there pressuring me to buy shoes and socks that I don’t want. I get she’s trying to meet her quota but she is extremely annoying and doesn’t let you breathe when you’re trying to shop. I don’t need a new pack of black socks or a new shirt. My anxiety sky rockets when she’s shoving socks in my face after I already told her “no thanks” 4 times. It’s hard for me to tell people no in the first place but she’s so pushy. This is the closest location near me but now I travel to the Aurora mall to go that journeys.
