We love our girl she is incredibly smart and was so easy to potty train the store was very clean the ladies were very nice at the front and helpful I've never bought from a pet store before but I'm glad I got my girl from here

I bought a puppy from Just Pets. This was the first puppy I have ever had and didn't realize what a horrible place is to buy from. To start my puppy was severely underweight in part because they just put random bowls in the pen with a lot of other dogs and don't make sure each dog is eating. They don't check the dogs for any illnesses, unbeknownst to me she had "severe" Giardia. We took her to the vet about a week after getting her and according to the vet he was "seriously concerned" because she was so sick and so underweight due to having Giardia and obviously not eating. Her Giardia was so bad it took 3 rounds of medicine (5 days each) and a lot of vet trips to get her Giardia under control (she still had traces of it). Because she was so sick and underweight the vet wouldn't give her any of the other vaccines she was supposed to get until she gained enough weight and wasn't so sick. Then a few weeks later she got lepto virus and was very sick (because she couldn't get the vaccine yet because of her low weight). So we had to take her back to the vet and got a ton of tests done (spent a ton of money) to find out she had lepto which we had to give her medicine for 12 days for that. I had gotten pet insurance before she had lepto but because she had already had "gastroenteritis" issues before with the Giardia they said it was pre-existing and wouldn't cover it. I did go to just pets when she had Giardia to let them know that more than likely her brother and any other dogs that were in the same pen as her probably have Giardia as well. The response from the girl I told that worked there was "I'm sorry to hear that". This pet store makes you sign something saying that basically they are not responsible for anything that is wrong with the dog (which at the time I was unaware that most pet stores give some sort of warranty). Our poor puppy has been sick over half of her life. We have spent a fortune just to get her to a healthier place and this Just Pets pet store did nothing about it nor seemed to care that she wasn't eating and had no energy. Our vet said that if we hadn't have gotten her when we did she more than likely would not have made it. I realize pet stores don't have a great wrap but I had no idea how bad they were and in particular, this one. I would not recommend buying your pet from Just Pets in lone tree.

Bought 3 dogs from them: papillon, papipoo and a poodle, separately within the last 10 years. ALL have major health issues. Knees popping out, stomach problems, one dog is doing super bad has constant mucus coming out of her eyes and pp, gets seizures, has to be on a ton of meds! I hope whoever is responsible for this inbreeding burns in hell, this is animal cruelty at its roots

Got both of my dogs from Just Pets who grew up to be absolutely gorgeous and healthy pups. Would absolutely recommend this place to anybody!

We got lahso apso from just pets and first off we had a young lady Jazmin that was great and helped us with getting the best dog ever she has been better than expected. One problem only she loves to eat and play non-stop. Thank you just pets and Jazmin for our puppy. Anyone that needs a great dog go there and you will see how great they are

Worker helped me a lot! She let me hangout in there to see the puppies while deciding on a puppy! The dogs are so sweet and they seem well treated! The staff are very nice and I highly recommend this place!!

Just pets sums it up! To them they're just a product for sale, not a new member of the family or adoption... Just pets. Selling breeder puppies when shelters are at capacity with adoptable pets.

We did not buy a dog from here but our son is autistic and just pets held a goldendoodle for us until I could figure things out with childrens hospital and the state on exactly what my son needed. We were going to get the goldendoodle and have the state specifically help with training but my sons medical needs are too extensive so we had to go with a different company. This place treated us amazing. I felt that they really cared for our situation. They were so patient and although my sons medical staff decided to go a different route we still wanted to recommend this company. They truly care for the owner and special situations. I have been into the store and saw the pup and other dogs first hand. They do care for the animals and treat them right. Its super clean and the dogs look very healthy. If we were going to buy a "pet" we would go here.

We purchased a puppy from the store. He wasn't very playful in the store but my kids fell in love with him. Needless to say when we got him home I could tell he was sick. He had giardia and needed several rounds of treatment to knock it out. (At a significant cost to me mind you) We also were sold a pure bred havanese but suspect he isn't full bred even though we have papers.. out other havanese dog never sheds, this dog sheds all over.. that said, this would be the breeders fault not necessarily the store but it tells you what kind of breeders they purchase from.. basically they are buying puppy mill dogs.

We are long-time dog owners, having purchased previous fur babies through private breeders and yes, from pet stores as well. Past attempts at adopting from shelters seemed to always end in frustration at the lengthy, expensive, and often intrusive process. Unfortunate. In any event, my wife and I had been considering an addition to our animal family and after a year of hemming and hawing, my wife saw a picture of the cutest little "schnorkie" online from Just Pets. Well, although hesitant to do so, I swung by their store later the same evening and...wow! Just the cutest, fiesty, healthy little girl! Took about a minute to decide to make her ours! Once the decision was made, the staff made it so easy to make it possible to bring her home with us that evening. Whatever your opinion of some pet stores is, I'll say this about JP: The store is super clean. They are very knowledgeable, have a strict accounting for where their dogs are sourced from, and their vaccination records. Both professional and cheerful, they made the process enjoyable. Plus, it was clear from the condition and demeanor of our new pup and all of the others, they take very good care of their dogs. Two weeks later, our little Schnorkie is 100% healthy, super smart, and perhaps the best puppy we've ever had yet and we've had a bunch! Credit to Just Pets for operating a high-quality pet store. Recognizing that pet stores generally get painted with a negative brush, and this is sometimes warranted, Just Pets deserves respect for being a great place to consider finding your next-or first-little doggie.
