The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, reassuring, polite, attentive, and personable. Team members are calm and answer questions without rush, making tense experiences comfortable and tolerable. Patients report being seen before their scheduled time and feeling very well cared for. Explanations are given in easy, courteous language, helping patients feel at ease.
