I recently went to Kendra Scott for a gift for my mom. I had no idea what to get, but Natalie was there from the start to help me pick out a gift. She gave me many thoughtful insights and showed me many options that were perfect. I eventually picked one and she helped me with the checkout process. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Kendra Scott for picking such fantastic employees, and thank you Natalie for all of your help.

Hello, just wanted to say thank you for having employees like Natalie. I drove in from out of state and sat with me last night, for likely a few hours, and patiently helped me as I looked at/shopped through like 100 items (with my wife in another state on the phone!!!). That is not easy to do and takes great patience and skill…. She also pleasantly multitasked with other customers in between my pauses, and that, seamlessly… She is kind, cool, & very professional. Thanks for continuing to develop great team-members at your stores!!!

Drove all the way down from Arvada to go shopping for my daughter's 18th birthday present. When I entered the store, there were two employees, one was ringing someone up, and one was talking to an applicant who had obviously brought in her resume. No big deal, I wandered around a little bit, then sort of stood by the birthstone area because that's what I wanted to get my daughter. The employee who was talking to the applicant just walked straight by me into the back room without acknowledging me after she was done. Again, no big deal if she can't help me, but to not even say hi when I've already been wandering around the store for about 10 minutes is sort of weird. Then the employee who had been ringing someone up went and helped a customer who had just walked in the store even though I had been in there a lot longer. I still waited for about another 10 to 15 minutes, and was never even greeted. So I walked down the hall to Pandora where I ended up spending $400 and people actually spoke to me and acknowledged my existence. I've bought a crap ton of stuff from Kendra Scott before, although not at this location. Definitely won't be back. Do better.

Kendra Scott is always a go to stop when at Park Meadows for our family, the girls are always so nice and welcoming. I had such fun working with Bre at color bar and making my own jewelry , Natalie made check out super easy and even offered us a student discount we weren’t aware of! Can’t not recommend going in here for fun jewelry pieces enough😄

I always love coming to Kendra Scott and have had great experiences but have never had such exceptional service, Kimberly K was so fun, friendly and super helpful to me, my sister, and my mom! She is so amazing!! Wow!!

I visited Kendra Scott for the first time this weekend. I’ve been thinking about starting a ring collection for a while now, but I’m new to rings and I felt like they always looked weird on my fingers. When I came this weekend, I ended up asking Elizabeth for help and she was SO sweet. She gave me her own tips of advice, helped me size my fingers, and showed me some of the rings she had in her collection that she loved the most. It was honestly one of, if not the best, customer service experience i’ve ever had. Thank you so much Elizabeth!!! I’ll definitely be back:)

I went in on a whim to get my watch tightened and was met by an eager Elizabeth that was ready to jump in. Elizabeth went above and beyond with her customer service and provided an exceptional customer experience. I initially bought the band in San Antonio, even states apart my experience was delightful and the Kendra Scott culture doesn’t skip a beat.

Kimberly was so fun to shop with! We came in to get a birthday gift for my niece and she gave us a tour of the whole store and told us Kendra Scott’s story. Will definitely go back with my husband for the fine jewelry! ❤️❤️

I called to do a phone order and Natalie was an amazing help! She answered all my questions and helped me get the items needed. I had a poor experience with the location in my state and she didn’t hesitate to apologize for their attitude when she never had to. Thanks Natalie!
